Dulu2 kalau minum kopi, mesti sakit kepala or cirit yg teruk. Perut aku tak tahan kalau minum kopi. Latte was a no no before. Latte kan ada susu. Aku dan susu bercerai talak tiga. Hahahah... I hate susu. But kalau letak dalam kopi, aku boleh minum. Sometimes bila ordered cafe latte, dunno why, the susu ada overwhelming smell, which mmg aku takleh nak telan. Penah la pegi Starbucks mintak dia org buatkan latte yg baru sebab aku takleh telan the latte, bau susu yg menyesakkan tekak. <div><br></div><div>Anyway, hubby bought me a coffee machine. Mula2 delonghi icona. Then we sold off that machine, and bought semi auto coffee machine yg siap ada grinder. Sejak beli coffee machine, aku dah jarang cafe hopping for a cup of coffee. Buat sendiri je kat rumah. And since ada mesin tu, rasanya aku dah beli more than 6 carton of milk! Kemudian masukkan tepung yang sudah diayak bersama garam secara kaupbalik bagi sebati (hati2 jangan pukul lama). Akhir sekali masukkan hirisan isi cempedak tadi dan kacau rata. The fluffiest pancake ever! Gebu yg amat. Kita orang suka sangat. Everytime pegi, wajib beli. Tapi mahalnya, adoiii... Dah few times cuba buat sendiri, tapi tak jadi. <div><br></div><div>Orang cakap rebus dulu, pastu baru bakar, tak jadik jugak. Ada orang kata, bakar je, but tak masak pulak kat dalam. </div><div><br></div><div>Semalam tried another recipe found on the internet. Senang giler. Just bakar 220 degree Celsius for 1 hour. But I covered the sweet potatoes with aluminium foil. Suspen jugak mula2 nak bakar at 220 degree Celsius for 1 hour, aku imagine rentung sweet potatoes tu, rupanya tak. Rasa dia, masya Allah, manis yg amat. Tapi jangan cucuk tau sweet potatoes tu sebelum bakar. Ingredients<br />

<span style="font-size: 17.6px;">340g can sweetened condensed milk </span><br />
<span style="font-size: 17.6px;">1 teaspoon vanilla extract</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 17.6px;">2 cups self-raising flour</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 17.6px;">2 eggs, lightly whisked</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 17.6px;">125g punnet fresh raspberries</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 17.6px;">125g punnet fresh blueberries</span><br />

<span style="font-size: 17.6px;">Step 1</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 17.6px;">Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Line muffin pans with paper cases.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: 17.6px;">Combine the butter and condensed milk in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring, over medium-low heat for 3 minutes or until the butter has melted and the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool slightly. Stir in the vanilla.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 17.6px;">Step 3</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 17.6px;">Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl and make a well in the centre. Add the condensed milk mixture and eggs. Fold until until just combined. Add berries, mix well. </span><br />

<span style="font-size: 17.6px;">Spoon the mixture evenly among the paper cases and gently press a raspberry and a blueberry into the top of each. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until muffins are golden and the tops spring back when lightly touched. Set aside to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. RMO is in Phase 3 now. She had to stay with us during RMO sebab tak sempat nak balik Terengganu. She's here for her grandson surgery. The grandson is suffering from a rare cancer, called germinoma. In his case, the cancer us agressive. He had to go through 3 major surgery within 2 weeks and he's only 15. 🤧🤧</div></div><div><br></div><div>Anyway, since ramadhan is coming, che hab decided to teach me how to make my own serunding daging. Huhuhu... it's not easy. Tapi, rasa dia, masya Allah, sedap sangat.</div><div><br></div><div>Serunding daging</div><div><br></div><div>Ingredients </div><div>3kg daging - rebus sampai empuk, shred</div><div>1 1/2 kg bawang besar merah</div><div>20 ulas bawang putih</div><div>3 inci halia</div><div>10-15sudu besar cili giling (from 200gram cili kering yg direbus dan blended)</div><div>1 1/2 santan pekat (ordered from Anyys Adizi, sedap sangat santan)</div><div>Garam</div><div>Gula</div><div><br></div><div>Blend bawang besar, bawang putih dan halia. Rasa mcm nak bake one of the cakes yg aku dah baked before, foolproof, takyah nak adjust sana sini dah. Tapi kindda boring jugak asyik makan cake sama je. (The remaining schmear can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 1 month; bring to room temperature before using.)</div><div><br></div><div>Cut the pineapple into quarters. Beginning at the perimeter of the pan, make an overlapping ring of pineapple slices with the curved side facing out. Make a second ring inside the first one, overlapping the slices in the opposite direction, working toward the center of the pan.</div><div><br></div><div>Sift the flour; set aside.</div><div><br></div><div>Put the butter and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer and mix on low speed to combine, then beat on medium speed for about 3 minutes, until light and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary. Next time, I will take better photo. </p><p>Burnt Cheesecake </p><p>(adapted from thetastingtable.com)</p><p>INGREDIENTS</p><p>1¾ cups (350 g) sugar (I reduced it to 1 1/4 cup) </p><p>2¼ pounds (1 kg) cream cheese, at room temperature</p><p><span style="font-size: 1.1em;">1/4 teaspoon kosher salt</span></p><p>5 large eggs</p><p>2 cups (480 mL) heavy cream (I substituted it with 1 1/2 cup full cream milk & 1/2 cup of melted butter) </p><p>¼ cup (30 g) all-purpose flour</p><p>DIRECTIONS</p><p>1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9/10-inch (25 cm) springform pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving 2 to 3 inches (5 to 7.5 cm) overhanging the top of the pan. (You can cut a circle to fit the base and then cut a band of paper to fit neatly around the sides, but the more rustic and simple method is to press an entire sheet into the pan, pleating the paper where it begins to crease.) </p><p>2. In a large bowl using a handheld mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the sugar and cream cheese until smooth. (This can be done by hand as well—beat with a wooden spoon for about 5 minutes.) Add the salt and mix. Incorporate the eggs one by one and stir until fully incorporated. Whisk in the cream. With a sifter, add the flour to the mixture and fold it in gently. </p><p>3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until browned and almost burned-looking on top. This can really vary oven to oven, so it helps to have your eye on the cheesecake from 50 minutes forward. The center will still be quite jiggly, but the cake is ready. Remove from the oven and cool. </p><p><br></p><p>4. Before serving, remove the outer part of the springform and gently tug away the parchment paper. Campurkan tepung, yeast, gula, garam, <span style="font-size: 1.1em;">Super bake, almond flour di dalam bowl. Buat lubang ditengah, tuang air dan olive oil. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 1.1em;">2. Uli adunan dalam 3-4 minit, masukkan butter. Uli sehingga adunan tidak melekat di bowl. </span><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 1.1em;">3. Sapukan butter pada bowl yang bersih. Masukkan adunan roti ke dalam bowl tersebut dan tutup dengan cling wrap. Biarkan sehingga naik 2 Kali ganda. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 1.1em;">4. Tumbuk keluar angin dari dough. Masukkan kacang dan cranberries. Uli 1-2 minit. Masukkan dough ke dalam Bekas pembakar.
