Hari ni rasa macam nak makan cheese cake. Dah keluarkan cream cheese since pagi, tapi malasnya nak bake. 1.2kg of cream cheese is a lot to simpan balik dalam peti. Maka, terpaksa la paksa diri untuk bake. I make some alteration to the original recipe sebab gula yg dia bubuh tu banyak!😫😫. Sah sah manis giler.
Ingredients
For the Crust:
2 1/2 cups lotus biscuits + graham cracker crumbs
2 tbs of sugar
5 tablespoons butter, melted
For the Creamy Cheesecake:
5 blocks of full-fat cream cheese (1.2kg), softened to room temperature
1/2 cups granulated sugar
200gram biscoff spread
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
5 large eggs plus 3 egg yolks, at room temperature
1/2 cup (113 grams) heavy cream
