Bahan2
10-12 biji pisang lemak manis (last nite aku guna pisang berangan je)
1 tin susu cair (besar)
3-4 helai daun pandan
garam, gula
cara2
1. Goreng pisang dgn minyak about 2-3 tbs sampai both side a bit burnt.
2. then dalam periuk lain, masukkan 1 tin susu cair, 1/2 tin of air.
3. masukkan daun pandan, bring to boil
4. masukkan pisang yang dah digoreng, then masukkan about 6-8 tbs of sugar, 1/2 tsp of salt. Sugar tu depends, kalau suka manis, then add more.
Hi Shizu, dessert pisang nih I pernah juga buat; cumanya susu tu I campur dgn custard powder. Pisang raja or pisang nipas are the best.

ni recipe mak mertua i. my husband suka betul makan puding ni. nanti boleh la i try dgn pisang raja or pisang nipas. but err.. the truth is, i tak pernah dengar pisang nipas. pisang apa tu?
ReplyDeletei suka masak as long as makcik ton is around untuk mengemas.. hehe. my husband suka makan, so i have to cook. it'll be nice kalau masak bila perlu je sebab tak membazir. macam my house, selalu la ada leftovers
Muahahahaaaa... my fingers play truant.. It is not pisang nipas (like nifas aje, bila plak pisang reti beranak like humans, kan?). It is of course pisang NIPAH. *wink*
