Dulu Aunty Asiah selalu keluar dalam magazine Jelita, step by step recipe. That was way back in the 1990's. Kebetulan mak aku memang baik sangat2 dengan Aunty Asiah, dah jadi mcm mak angkat aku. Kalau aku tak tau apa2 recipe, then I would call her and asked from her. Memang tak kedekut ilmu, alhamdulillah.
bahan2
10 biji telur putih
20 biji egg yolk
20 ounce butter (grade A butter + Grade B butter eg. golden churn + buttercup)
10 ounce sugar
6 ounce flour
4 tbs susu pekat
2 tbs rempah kek lapis
cara2
1. whisk egg whites sampai stiff, then add sugar, whisk lagi.
2. in a separate bowl, cream butter and milk, pastu add no. 1, egg yolks, flour and rempah.
3. panaskan oven, kena guna api atas , then bakar selapis, bila atas dah a bit burn, then buat selapis. continue sampai habis.
