These past 2 months, senang pulak nak cari ketam kat Kuala Besut. Memang musim ketam agaknya. Everyday, ada je ketam yg dijual. One thing about Kuala Besut yg aku suka, kalau ketam baru naik, hidup lagi. So memang tak perlu risau kalau ketam tu tak fresh or bau busuk. According to pakcik yang jual ikan tu, ketam betina lagi banyak isi. Mcm mana nak tau ketam tu betina ke jantan? The colour difference, yang jantan tak kuning. Err.. betul ke? hehe.. rasa cam aku bagi ajaran sesat je.
Anyway, aku decided semlm, nak masak something simple. So I ended up concocting this in the kitchen.
Recipe
Ingredients
Ketam - 1kg
few clove of garlic - crushed
2 tbs cili giling
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbs tomato sauce
4 tbs chili sauce
1 tbs salt
2 tbs sugar.
cara2
1. panaskan minyak, pastu goreng garlic for few secs, then add cili giling.
2. Bila cili dah garing, masukkan all the sauce termasuk la sesame oil, garam and gula.
3. then add 1/2 cup of water and ketam.
4. let the ketam simmer until it's fully cooked. voila! dah masak. hehe.. simple kan?
