No matter how good I am at cooking, I still think that Mok's version of this nasi goreng is still the best! Aku masak, still tak sama dengan rasa nasi goreng Mok. Tiba-tiba rasa rindu pulak kat Mok. Dah few weeks tak jumpa Mok. The last was masa raya haji. Dah la lately ni Mok kurang sihat, asyik batuk and selsema je.
Nasi Goreng Ikan Goreng.
Ingredients
4 cups of nasi
3 ekor ikan goreng (kembung/selar/sardine) - tumbuk lumat
5 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
3 biji cili merah (kalau suka pedas, boleh masukkan few cili padi)
2 biji telur - pecahkan kedalam mangkuk
garam
cara2
1. Tumbuk lumat bwg merah, bwg putih and cili merah. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, tumis bahan tumbuk sampai garing. Kemudian, masukkan ikan goreng yg dah lumat, goreng sampai garing.
2. Bila ikan dah garing, masukkan telur, kacau. Telur akan jadi hancur into small pieces. Pastu add garam dan nasi. Kacau rata, biarkan atas kuali for few minutes, hidangkan.
note : aku tak letak sayur sebab aku suka makan nasi goreng ni dengan salad. Feel free to add kobis, carrot and sawi or kangkung.
