Baked Japanese Sweet Potatoes

Sapa suka baked sweet potatoes kat Jusco? Kita orang suka sangat. Everytime pegi, wajib beli. Tapi mahalnya, adoiii... Dah few times cuba buat sendiri, tapi tak jadi.

Orang cakap rebus dulu, pastu baru bakar, tak jadik jugak. Ada orang kata, bakar je, but tak masak pulak kat dalam.

Semalam tried another recipe found on the internet. Senang giler. Just bakar 220 degree Celsius for 1 hour. But I covered the sweet potatoes with aluminium foil. Suspen jugak mula2 nak bakar at 220 degree Celsius for 1 hour, aku imagine rentung sweet potatoes tu, rupanya tak. Rasa dia, masya Allah, manis yg amat. Tapi jangan cucuk tau sweet potatoes tu sebelum bakar. Kalau cucuk, all the sugar from the sweet potatoes akan leak and sweet potatoes will be tasteless, rasa stale.

Ok mak mak, go go go. Pegi borong Japanese sweet potatoes kat Aeon Big or mana2 supermarket. Jimat duit.
