Macarons ~ Finally..

Ju emailed me few days ago, mentioning about the hands on macarons making session at K.Yani of Kitchen Guardian's house. The kind hearted Ju, wanted me to tag along. For the past few weeks, aku ada this craving for macarons. The truth is, I've never tasted it before. Cuma suka tengok gambar je sambil baca on how to make macarons, watched youtube videos on the ways of making macarons, looking at other people's beautiful creation or failure etc etc. So, bila Ju ajak pegi rumah K.Yani, aku was  very excited campur takut.

Why takut? I dunno.. Bila baca how temperamental macarons can be, I decided then and there, it's definitely not for me. Tapikan, sebab Ju is so nice, dah ajak, tak sampai hati nak tolak. Bila sampai rumah K.Yani, memang tak menyesal la aku pegi walaupun Iffah was experiencing stomach flu and Iman was running a fever pagi tadi. Aku pegi rumah K.Yani before hubby bangun. He wanted to sleep in, so aku tak kejut dia before aku pegi. I prepared breakfast siap2, which was Pulut Cawang, as requested by him.

Bila tengok K.Yani buat, nampak simple giler. Tak sampai 20 minute, dah siap. Pastu bila nampak the little feet yg keluar dalam oven, rasa excited sangat2 walaupun bukan aku yg buat. Aku nak pegang the piping bag pun takut. Takpe, aku tengok je, jadi tukang sibuk. While waiting for the macarons utk masak dalam oven, tiba2 hubby called, suruh balik becoz he's hungry, takmau makan kalau I tak balik. Ishk! potong stim betul. Melampau pun ada jugak.. grrr...

Alhamdulillah, Ju yang baik hati tu, datang hantar macarons comel kat rumah. So today, for the 1st time ever, I tasted macarons. I took one bite, and I know it's definitely not for me yang not sweet tooth ni. But hubby and the girls love it! Hubby suruh aku buat. I was like... WHAT?? Ok la.. I'll try.. K.Yani dah pesan suruh buat balik rumah nanti, maka kena la buat kan. But I need a new oven 1st. My current oven cuma bakar api bawah je sebab tu la aku takleh buat kek lapis. Thank you Ju and K.Yani!! I met another two wonderful ladies through blogging. I'm blessed, alhamdulillah..

 Lawa kan?

 Ni pulak Chocolate Macarons

Toncet2 kecik oleh Ju... hehe..

Okey. Lepas ni sesapa yang nak order macarons, boleh la order from Ju or from sifu macarons, K.Yani :D

Tavuklu Pide

Aku baru je balik berlari ni. Sampai je rumah, aku terus menguli tepung for today's pide (terima kasih mixer kerana tolong bekerja keras untuk saya). While waiting for the dough to naik, aku masakkan prawn carbonara for the girls. Kejap lagi dia orang balik from school, takyah ler aku susah2 nak masak lunch.

I made pide for lunch/dinner/supper/snacking yesterday too. Well, that was my intention. Tapikan, lepas je dah siap bakar, the pide hanya mampu bertahan for lunch je. Licin!! Unbelievable. And yang peliknya, aku buat using lamb, and still the girls suka sangat2. Siap order lagi hari ni, nak makan pide. Hubby takyah cakap ler, dia dah placed order untuk seminggu. Nasib baik la pide ni senang sesangat nak buat. Just follow the recipe, no need to tweak or twist it, voila! A perfect Pide! (eh! mcm la aku penah rasa pide tu mcm mana.. hehe)

With Shariff and Sofea (my niece, anak adik aku, Izani) yang baru umur 10 bulan in the kitchen, it's difficult to masak. Nasib baik hari ni Raina tak datang sebab mak dia tak keje. Izani left Sofea kat rumah aku semalam for 3 days sebab dia and his wife kena pegi camping with their batch. Since both still studying, pastu major sama pulak tu, maka, bila ada activity yg kena buat sama2, terpaksa la tinggal anak tu kat orang. Bertuahnya dia ada kakak macam aku kan? hahahhaa... My girls love it bila ada babies kat rumah. Petang ni pulak ada activity memasak with their cousin, Zuleika. Mampu ke aku handling 5 kids kat rumah? Jangan aku jadi monster dah.

Oh ya! My blog has changed it's appearance and I hate it! Huwaaa... I want my old blog.

Tavuklu Pide - kurang garing coz semua dah tak sabar nak makan :)
 Lamb Filling.

Ada rupa sampan tak? Aku ni memang tak artistic langsung. Ni macam sampan nak karam je.

Tavuklu Pide
Thank you for the delicious recipe! :D

Ingredients for the pide bread
2 cups of flour
2 tsp instant yeast
1/2 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbs virgin olive oil
3/4 cup luke warm water

1. Take 2 tbs flour, mix with sugar and yeast. Add 1/4 cup of luke warm water and let it stand for 30 minutes.  I didnt have time to proof the yeast. I mix the dry ingredients and make a hole in the center for the wet ingredients.
2. Mix remaining flour and salt together in another bowl, make a hole in the middle and pour the wet ingredients in. Knead until smooth and the dough no longer stick to your fingers.
3. Cover the dough with cling wrap or a wet napkin. Let it double in volume.

Filling ingredients
1/2kg of lamb, minced roughly.
2 medium size onions. Chop roughly.
4 clove garlic. finely grated/ chopped.
1/2 bunch chinese celery. roughly chop.
1/2 tbsp Cayenne pepper
1 tbs black pepper
2 tsp salt
2 whole tomatoes - roughly chopped
1 red Chili - roughly chopped
2 tbs Olive oil
1 dried basil leaf - crushed

Mix well the ingredients

Assembling the pide :
1. Divide pide dough into few equally sized balls. I made 6 small pide using the dough.
2. Roll each balls into an oval shape, 0.5cm thickness dough using the rolling pin.
3. Brush the surface with olive oil, place the lamb filling in the middle.
4. Fold the edges of the oval shaped dough into the middle. The pide will look like a small boat.
5. Preheat the oven at 150 degree celcius, bake the pide for about 20-30 minutes.

Dead Kitten - Written by Iman

Iman found a newborn kitty  yesterday, iman begged mama to take the kitten home.... but mama said "no". The Next Day, something bad happened to kitten.... A crazy boy put the kitty inside a plastic bag and hit the kitty with a stone until it was nyawa-nyawa ikan, then the boy gave the security guard at school the dying kitten. The security guard  left the kitty under a tree so it can go peacefully.

But then, the naughty boy put the kitten inside a drain that was full of water, then the security guard said "The cause Of the rain yesterday was because Allah was angry for killing  the innocent animal. So the Moral here is: Don't Kill  Animals No Matter How Ugly They Are Or How Disgusting They Are,

From   Iman.

Beras Pulut

Aku ada 5 kg beras pulut yang tak guna lagi dan dah byk kutu beras. Rasa nak je buang, tapi mok cakap membazir. Dah la aku on diet, memang tak boleh makan beras pulut dan yang sewaktu dengannya. Iffah pulak dah nampak makcik ton jemur beras pulut tu, mintak aku buatkan wajik. I've tried making wajik before, but hubby said it's not as delicious as mok's wajik.

The problem with making traditional dishes macam tu is that, the bar has been set high by mok. Grr...

As expected, Iffah cakap wajik aku tak sama macam nenek buat. Iman said, bahan2 kat kampung tu lain dari kat bandar. Bila aku rasa, memang kering. Masa aku buat wajik tu, I left the wajik for makcik ton to kacau coz I went out for dinner dengan my cousin, Wan. Bila balik, tengok, wajik tu kering. Patut la tak sedap. So, I terpaksa la aku modify wajik tu. Bila Iffah balik sekolah semlm, rasa the wajik, she said "sedapnya mama. mama letak apa?". ok la tu maknanya :D

 Mula2, dry..

Ni yang aku goreng semula lepas dah tambah santan dan nisang. Aku guna kuali tembaga so that the heat will be sekata.

Recipe Wajik (InsyaAllah, this recipe is foolproof) :)
Ingredients
2 1/2 cup beras pulut (basuh dan rendam for few hours. Aku nak cepat, rendam 1 jam je)
1/2 kg santan
1/4 cup air
3 kerek nisang (aku guna pure nisang, takde campur dengan gula)
daun pandan

Cara2
Wajik ada the crunchiness taste sebab some of the pulut tu jadi garing.

Exam coming..

Bila exam dah dekat, the girls sibuk kena paksa study. Actually kan, aku ni takde la kiasu pun. For me, I want them to experience hidup sebagai seorang kanak2 before dia org masuk ke alam teenager. Aku ingat lagi, masa kita org kecik2 dulu, mok and abah tak penah peduli kita org study ke tak ke, keje kita org main je. But alhamdulillah, we're successful in our own ways.

Parents sekarang terlalu kiasu when it comes to their children. Anak2 at an early age, dah dihantar tuition. Bila masa budak2 tu nak jadi kanak2? Tak sampai hati aku kalau nak hantar Iman and Iffah tuition. Both of them, balik from sekolah rendah at 1pm, mandi, pakai baju KAFA, lunch, solat, terus pegi KAFA which starts at 2.15pm. Iffah finishes KAFA at 5.15pm but Iman habis at 6.15pm. By the time Iman balik KAFA, dah nak maghrib. Nak main pun tak sempat. Kesiannya kalau aku antar dia pegi tuition pulak malam.

Sekarang ni, everyday, lepas dia orang habis KAFA, aku akan bawak their swimming suit, tukar baju dalam kete, terus pegi pool kat KKlub. Balik rumah 7.30pm. It's tiring for them, but I want them to exercise. Risau aku tengok Iman yang makin montel. She's now 42kg. I was 43kg when I was 18 years old, waiting for my SPM result. Itu pun berat sebab aku dok cycle everyday dengan x-boyfriend aku. Berat muscle tu.. hehe..

By the way, semalam lepas the girls habis study, I made them Milo Dinosaur. Kat Uncle Chua Kopitiam in Kuala Terengganu, memang femes betul air milo ni.

Milo Dinosaur with Hershey's Choc Chips.

I made I litre of Milo Dinosaur instead of just 2 cups. In the end, aku tergoda dan terminum.. huwaa... hancus diet aku.

Recipe
Adapted from http://www.nestle.com.my/DearNestle/recipe/desserts/dinosaur.htm

12 tbs Milo powder
1/2 tbs condensed milk
100ml hot water
900ml iced cold water
crushed ice
Hershey's Choc Chips

cara2
1. Mix Milo powder and condensed milk with hot water. Senang nak larut
2. Add cold water and crushed ice.
3. Served with heaps of Milo powder and Hershey's Choc Chips.

Ketupat Sotong/Sotong Pulut - Step By Step

As requested by QJ & those yang suka makan ketupat sotong. As I mentioned earlier, my version is Kelate version, bukan Terengganu. Kalau Terengganu version, ada halia and halba, pastu the kuah rasa mcm masak lemak, instead of rasa macam pengat.

Step 1 : Cuci 1 cup of beras pulut hingga bersih, rendam for 1/2 hour, toskan.

Step 2 : Basuh bersih 1kg sotong, toskan.

Tutup periuk dan biarkan mendidih for about 1/2 hour (depending on size sotong). Kalau sotong kecil, maybe it will take lesser time untuk pulut masak.

Step 6 : Bila pulut dah masak, masukkan 1/2kg santan, nisang (boleh guna gula melaka) dan secubit garam. Bila santan dah mendidih for few minutes, boleh la tutup api dan hidangkan.

Grilled Dory

As usual, I got to run. So, this is going to be a short entry. Hari ni hubby pepagi buta lagi dah ada meeting, maka terpaksa la menapak kat gym awal. If possible, I wanna spend at least 40 minutes kat gym. I'll continue lepas balik dari gym nanti ye.

Recipe
Dory fillet - 800gm (I bought the one in Jusco), pat dry using kitchen towel.
1 biji lemon - take the zest and juice
1 tsp thymes
1 tsp black pepper
4-6 tbs olive oil
salt

cara2
1. just mix lemon, olive oil, thymes, black pepper and salt together, rub against the fillet.
2. marinate for 15 minutes or so.
3. grill atas dapur.

Actually boleh buat lemon and butter sauce, but aku malas plus I'm counting my calorie intake so kena la cut on butter dan yg sewaktu dengannya.

Tiring Journey Back To KL

A trip that normally takes about 6-7 hours, took us more than 10 hours. Rasa sebu bontot aku duduk dalam kereta & duduk kat kopitiam. We left Dalam Kota at 12 noon, the 1st stop was at BB Kopitiam. Hubby nak jumpa his friend, Zula (Rina's hubby). Pastu pegi rumah my SIL, K.Ta, untuk ambik ikan, udang and sotong yang my mom bagi on Friday that we went to my parents' house. Sekarang kan musim udang, maka, meriahla peti sejuk rumah mak aku tu dengan udang besar. The selling price now is RM35 perkg. The ones yang kat sini selling for more than RM50 perkg. The best part is that udang tu fresh, baru naik dari laut. Kalau beli yang the ones selling kat KL ni, dah beberapa hari duduk dalam air batu.

I asked mok to buy sotong sebab nak buat ketupat sotong. Rindunya nak makan ketupat sotong. Lama betul tak masak sebab malas nak beli sotong kat sini. I hate the smell. Kalau beli kat kampung, tunggu bot2 nelayan kecik balik from candat sotong, the sotong smells of laut, bukan hanyir mcm the ones selling kat pasar sini. I started to like eating sotong pun lepas makan sotong yang baru naik from laut. Kalau tak, dulu, memang langsung tak makan sotong.

After rumah K.Ta, we went to Pasar Payang, I bought 5 ekor kan tongkol hitam. Selalunya aku beli at least 15 ekor ikan tongkol but hubby cakap, next month, we'll be going back to KT again, so beli sikit je la. Lagipun, since we're now on low calorie diet, our main meal cuma 2 je, lunch and dinner, so we dont need that many ikan tongkol.

On the way to Kemaman, I slept the whole journey coz I was having a severe migraine. It was so hot yesterday, nak bukak mata pun silau. Sampai kemaman, hubby wanted to make a stop over kat his office in Kemaman. We had lunch kat Jack's Garden Cafe near his office. We had to wait for more than 1 hour. Pastu pegi pulak kat Kemaman Chendol Kopitiam, tunggu lagi another 1 hour for him to conclude his meeting. Lepas his meeting tu, we went to this one gerai yg jual sata, kat tepi Masjid Geliga in Kemaman. Hubby cakap sata kat situ sedap, but I prefer sata Kuala Besut lagi.

By the time we leave for KL, dah almost 6.30pm. Sampai KL, almost 10.30pm. Letihnya travel. Nasib baik ikan2 aku dalam tong polystyrene tu semua still fresh. Risau jugak kalau ikan jadi busuk sebab almost 12 hours kat dalam polystyrene boxes tu (ada 2 kotak ikan).

Kampung..

Pagi2 lagi on Friday, aku dah bangun menyahut kicauan burung. Rindunya kat kampung, rindunya kat mok and abah. Lama betul aku tak jumpa dia org, almost 2 months. Bagi aku yang sokmo2 balik, almost every month, 2 month tu sangat2 lama.

Abah tengah dalam proses membuat sarang burung, which dalam 2 months lagi, insyaAllah siap. So, kat tepi rumah tu, penuh dengan batu bata, pasir, kayu, mesin buat simen etc. Rumah burung tu punya la cantik, macam bungalow coz abah buat 4 tingkat. Cuma bezanya, rumah burung tu takde bilik and toilet, and takde dapur. Kalau ada semua tu, nak je aku duduk dalam rumah burung.. hehehe..

Kat kampung sekarang, dah jadi trend untuk buat rumah burung. According to adik aku, Aziz@Abe, jabatan pertanian went to kampung abah aku, and buat sound test nak tengok samada burung walik ada tak kat sana. And memang banyak betul burung walik kat kawasan tu. Maybe sebab dekat dengan gunung tebu. Kawasan bukit, according to Abe, memang banyak burung walik.

So, kejadian kecurian kat sarang burung walik sekarang, makin menjadi2. Aku hope, insyaAllah, sarang burung abah takde masalah nanti.

Seaweed & Barley Tea

I was introduced to seaweed soup and barley tea few years ago. Kalau tengok cerita korea, mesti ada adegan menyediakan seaweed soup masa birthday hero or heroin drama tu. Mina, my korean SIL, akan masak seaweed soup as part of the side dish everyday.

Masa dalam pantang, seaweed soup ni la yang dia telan, pagi petang, siang malam. And memang boleh kurusla kalau makan seaweed soup dengan nasik. My plan is to include seaweed soup as part of the food yg aku makan time diet ni. The taste is quite sedap, rasa macam soup ikan bilis. Once I'm back in KL, I'll post a simple seaweed soup recipe.

Sekarang ni, aku cuma takat boleh post gambar seaweed yang aku beli kat kedai Ahjuma kat Ampang tu je. Masa beli seaweed soup, aku ternampak barley tea. Lama betul aku tak minum barley tea. Kat rumah Mina, barley tea ni sentiasa ada dalam peti. Orang korea suka minum barley tea, dia org kata it helps to boost the immune system. Maybe sebab tu budak2 korea ni jarang demam and selsema kot. Kalau minum barley tea, yang pastinya, aku akan kerap visit the loo. Jadi macam paip air pulak.. Tak tahan..

Bulgogi

Mabuk tengok cerita korea, sampai masak pun masak makanan korea. Aku guna ready made bulgogi sauce je, tak kuasa aku nak prepare bulgogi from scratch. I first tasted bulgogi few years back, adik ipar aku, Mina, masakkan. Hubby la yang suka sangat bulgogi. He ate bulgogi masa dia exchange student way back in 1986.

Oleh kerana kesian kat hubby aku yg kempunan nak makan bulgogi tu, maka adik ipar aku tu buatkan. Seksanya tengok dia buat bulgogi from scratch sebab nak kena hiris datang tu halus. Pastu kena prepare all the fruits etc. The truth is, takde la susah sangat. Tapi untuk orang yang sedang bermalas-malasan seperti aku, memang susah.

Eh! Lupa nak bagitau. Semalam Iman tersembam muka kat tepi swimming pool kat KKlub. Dah lebam sebelah pipi anak aku tu. Aku cakap kat dia, kalau kawan2 dia tanya kenapa, cakap mama yang lempang. She was like "mamaaa!". hehehe.. tak sanggup nak cakap macam tu kat kawan2 dia. I told her to apply something to help reduce the bruises, dia kata tak payah la, sikit je. *sigh*.. anak aku dah besar. Kalau tak, dulu, asal jatuh sikit je, nangis. Ni, air mata pun takde.

Nampak tak the bruise kat pipi dia? Ambik gambar guna ipod, takde la nampak nasty sangat kan the bruises? tapi actually dah biru2 dah muka dia. sian anak mama.

Bulgogi ~ Iffah's and hubby's favourite.

Recipe
Getting Started: http://www.asianinfo.org/asianinfo/issues/bulgogi.htm
Soy sauce (about 1/4 c): Although you can find soy sauce in an American grocery store, it's highly recommended to buy Japanese or Korean-style soy sauce at an Asian market near you.
Sesame oil - 2-3 tbs
Asian Pear (1): Choose only one fruit. Mina guna Sango pear (korean pear yg bulat, besar tu)
Sugar
Black pepper (3 dashes)
Onions (1)
Garlic (2 -3 cloves/pieces)
Green onions (about 5 - both white and green parts)
Vinegar (about 1 T): This is optional and again, Asian vinegar is recommended.

Directions:
It is very important to freeze the meat first, this aids you in cutting the meat into thin slices. After freezing, slightly defrost in the microwave - make sure the meat is still frozen, but workable.
Cut the meat into thin slices, as thin as possible - but watch your fingers!
Put the slices into the large mixing bowl and sprinkle sugar over it and mix with hands or chopsticks. Let it sit for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the marinade.
Place onion (1) and pear(1) into food processor or blender until liquid and pour into small bowl.
Mix soy sauce (1/4 c), sugar (2 or 3 T), black pepper (2 or 3 dashes), sesame oil (2 to 3 T), (optional - vinegar). After mixing, taste it. You want to have a slightly salty, sweet taste. If it's too salty, add a bit more sugar.
Chop garlic into small pieces (or use garlic press), cut green onion into 2 to 3 inch pieces and put into sugar/meat mixture.
Pour both sauces into the garlic/onion meat mixture and mix well , using hands or chopsticks. It is important to mix thoroughly so the marinade is evenly distributed throughout the meat. Refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
Cook in frying pan until the meat is cooked thoroughly and serve with sticky rice. Korean people eat this dish with red leaf lettuce filled with rice and meat. Other items to eat with bulgogi (Korean beef stir-fry) are Korean spicy pepper paste, Korean bean paste, sesame oil mixed with salt, sliced garlic and raw green onions. These are optional and are usually placed in the lettuce leaf along with the rice and beef.

The Man From Nowhere

Penah dengar pasal movie ni? Those yang tak tengok cerita Korea, this movie title will be foreign to them. I'm so in love with the Won Bin after watching this movie. Adik aku, Maulud, yang kawin dgn SIL Korean aku tu yg introduced this movie to me. I've been wanting to watch it, tapi takde English subtitle.

Setelah beberapa lama aku google, akhirnya aku jumpa jugak subtitle english. Walaupun subtitle dia hampeh sikit sebab the subtitle keluar few secs awal dari the actual dialog, tapi boleh la tengok. To me, asalkan aku paham storyline. Won Bin was the spoke person for Missha's products before dia masuk army. Ada this one particular CF yang aku suka sangat2. Jap jap.. aku tempek gambar Won Bin from cerita The Man From Nowhere or Ajusshi tu dulu.

Handsome tak? *sigh*... If only I'm younger now..

How I wish I'm that little girl now.. boleh hug Won Bin! :D

huhuhu.. sangat2 comey..

Baking with the girls - Part 2

Semalam, I was too tired to update on my baking class with the girls. On Saturday tu kan, I buat the baking class. Tapi, oleh kerana kemalasan yang amat sangat, I didnt take any photos of the girls, cuma ambik gambar end product je. Ishk! apa la I ni...

Pagi ni pun I dont intend to write panjang2, just wanna tulis a short entry sebab I'm running late. The girls bangun lambat, mak dia pun bangun lambat, with so many things to do termasuk la nak siapkan their breakfast, so, I dont have a choice. Dah ler kejap lagi nak exercise.

Today is going to be week 7 of me exercising and dieting. And starting from today, I'll revamp what we eat coz aku nak try low calorie diet macam K.Min buat. I wanna see progress this week. I hope to see it. Kalau takde drop on the weighing scale by end of this week, memang nangis la aku.. huhuhu.. I've gained weight last week. I think the weight gained came from muscle mass. I know, I'm supposed to be happy coz I'm shrinking, but I'm not! huwaaaa... sedih sedih.. especially bila tengok pinggang K.Min yang kecik tu.

Eh! aku ni lari topic pulak. Back to the girls' baking class. We baked Sicilian Orange Cake. But this time, I bake them in cuppies.

The recipe (source : Ellie)
Thank you Rima for introducing this delicious recipe, I can never get enough of it.

Sicilian Orange Cake Recipe
(Adapted from Rick Stein's Mediterranean Escape)
Makes 1 x 22-cm cake, to serve about 8

Ingredients
250 g lightly salted butter, at room temperature, plus extra for greasing
220 g caster sugar ( I reduced the sugar)
4 medium eggs
1 1/2 tsp finely grated orange zest
250 g self raising flour
85 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
For the icing:
125 g icing sugar
5 tsp freshly squeezed orange juice

Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 170C. Grease and line a 22-cm clip-sided round cake with non-stick baking paper.
  2. Using an electric whisk, cream the butter and sugar together for 4-5 minutes until very pale. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, beating very well between each one, if necessary adding a spoonful of flour with the last egg to prevent the mixture from curdling. Beat in the orange zest. Add the flour all at once and mix in well, then slowly mix in the orange juice.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 45-50 minutes or until a skewer, inserted into the centre of the cake, comes out clean. If it starts to brown too quickly, cover loosely with a sheet of lightly buttered foil.
  4. Leave the cake, in its tin, to cool on a wire rack, then carefully remove the sides and base of the tin and peel off the paper. Put it onto a serving plate.
  5. For the icing, sift the icing sugar into a bowl and stir in the orange juice until you have a spreadable consistency. Spread it over the top of the cake, letting it drip down the sides, and leave to set. Serve cut into slices, and store any leftovers in an airtight container.

............................

My Saturday was packed with activities sampai tak terkata. I started my day with running at KKlub. Eh! before that, hantar anak2 sekolah dulu coz they had to go to school, ada kokurikulum activities kat sekolah. Hubby doesnt wanna run coz he's not feeling very well. So, I ran alone. It was a lonely run. Eh! not really coz ada makcik kat sebelah aku pun berlari jugak. Nasib baik masa sampai kat KKlub gym tu, orang tak ramai kat situ. Sometimes bila org ramai, I had to wait more than 1/2 jam to use the treadmill. Dah la treadmill ada 2 je. Tension je.

Lepas berlari, ingatkan aku boleh la balik rumah, siap2 nak gi Empire. Tapi tak coz hubby ajak temankan dia breakfast. Aku minum air je while I watched him eating nasik lemak. huhuhu.. jeles! nasib baik ler aku ni bukan fan of nasik lemak. By the time sampai rumah, dah 9am. Aku janji dengan Hazi to have breakfast with her at 10am, which memang tak sempat la. Aku keluar rumah at 9.40am. I reached Empire Subang at 10.10am. Nasib baik Hazi pun baru sampai. We went to O Brien for breakfast. Lepak kat situ dengan Hazi sampai pukul 11.15am. Then Anne pulak telepon. Dia baru sampai Empire, nak ambik her stuffs from me and aku pun nak ambik kitchen towels and pads from her. Yeah! I get my supplies of tissues, kitchen towels, pads and panty liners from her, murah at least 50% from luar. :)

Lepas jumpa Anne, aku terus pegi Chili's Empire. Jana and Nora dah sampai. They thought I was late. I told them that I was there since 10.10am. Aku pulak memang sengaja pegi lambat sebab ingatkan semua org akan datang lambat. Tak lama lepas kita orang duduk situ, Amy and Gee pun sampai. We had a great time gossiping and catching up. Amy is back for good from Perth. It's so happen that Amy berjiran dengan K.Min masa dia 1st year sampai Perth dulu. What a small world kan?

Pastu Islah came with her daughter Inaz. Inaz ada painting class kat Empire Subang. I think we were the loudest table kat Chili's tu. Nasib baik la semua masih kelihatan vogue, maka, takde la nampak macam makcik2 duduk bergossip.. hehe. Lily and Eli came very late. By the time both of them sampai, Gee dah balik coz she had another appointment at 2pm. I stayed on until 4.30pm. Aku, Lily and Eli were the last to go. Warque was not around coz he had to help his mom clean up their house kat kampung sebab banjir, but he instructed his manager to give us free dessert. Weeee... hancus diet aku... hahahaha.. Cheese cake tu memang to die for.. nasib baik tak mati je.

Balik rumah, dah almost 5pm. Iman, Iffah and Zuleika dah tunggu for their baking class. The baking class started at 6pm. My cousin, Wan, joined us too. Lepas siap baking, dah almost 8pm, Wan ajak pegi makan mee celup kat Keramat. I'll definitely go again few times this week. Memang sedap!!
