Exercising & Chicken Sandwich

This week aku start exercising. Kononnya nak gain stamina sebab nak panjat gunung kinabalu next year. Tak tau la brapa lama aku boleh tahan. Hari ni dah rasa pancit sebab semalam buat lower body dengan bersungguh-sungguh. Nak duduk pun sakit. Masa solat, rasa mcm nak terkeluar biji mata tahan sakit. Aduhai! hopefully aku ada enuff willpower to stay connected with the gym and dumbbells til february next year.

Dengan semangat yang berkobar2, pagi semlm, aku buat roti. Oleh kerana tema mingguan this week is LOOSE THE FAT!, maka aku kena la masak something healthy. Ops! lupa nak cakap, aku buat wholemeal buns and sardine rolls. Bila dear hubby tanya, sardine rolls healthy tak? Aku cakap sangat healthy sebab kan bakar, bukannya goreng. Padahal dia tak tau, the amount of butter that i used to make the pastry tu boleh membuatkan lemak2 dalam badan dia bersorak keriangan.. hehehe.. shhhh!! jangan cakap ye. Pakcik tu tertipu lagi.. hahahhahahha



His healthy lunch, ni tak tipu :D

  3. No wories...jgn rush sangat ur body to exercise... Went to Kinabalu mount climbing tahun 2004....hanya sempat berlatih naik tangga kat ofis seminggu sekali and then jalan2 dua kali sekitar melawati...but managed to do it...jgan risau tau InsyaAllah boleh...cuma masa nak turun tu sakit kit coz kena bending down our lutut...the most important how to control our pernafasan supaya tak cepat hilang stamina....good luck ye...but it was excellent experience once u reach the peak...it's heaven dear. GO go go Shidah.. (Actually thinking of nak gi one more time)...:)

  5. Menarik tu...tapi next year I'll be very2 busy in October, will attach to work in Kerteh...

    See how ek...ada rezeki mana tau leh join....anyway...banyakkan panjat and turun tangga tau esp. utk the 2nd part of climbing nanti.
