Tadi aku pegi Sogo sale and membeli barang2 dapur dengan gamaknya. *sigh*.. I'm a shopaholic, i think. Though aku takleh lawan lagi ina bab shopping, tapi aku rasa i'm going towards that. Ina memang suka shopping. Kan ina kan? hehehe.. Adoi! macam mana taknak bershopping sentiasa ni? Masalah kat Msia ni, manjang ada sale. Lepas satu shopping complex buat sale, then tempat lain pulak sale. Kalau tak festive season sale, then warehouse sale. Botak rambut hubby aku nanti. Dah la sekarang rambut putih dia dah makin banyak keluar.
Basically, recipe lebih kurang mcm rendang, cuma takde kerisik.
Bahan2
Bahan A - blend
15 ulas bwg merah
5 ulas bawang putih
2 inches halia
1 inch kunyit
3 inches lengkuas
5-6 buah keras
6-8 tbs cili giling/cili boh
Bahan B
Ayam - 1 ekor, potong 16 (approximately 1.6kg)
6-7 helai daun limau purut (kaffir leaves)
3-4 batang serai - ketuk
garam, gula
1/2kg santan
cara2
1. mula2 panaskan minyak, tumis bahan A sampai garing.
2. bila dah garing, masukkan ayam, santan dan serai.
4. masak til ayam 3/4 cooked, then add kaffir leaves, garam dan gula.
5. bila dah masak, boleh la hidang dgn nasik panas, ulam timun & sambal belacan. yummy! :)
Curious nih .. but why dont you all like rendang??

cs, i pun tak tau kenapa. i prefer kerutup dari rendang, my husband pun mcm tu jugak and suprisingly my kids pun sama. i guess it's in the gene.. hehehe

shidah...ni mmg resipi for rendang...paling basic rendang...
ReplyDeleteyes nora, tat's why aku tulis "recipe lebih kurang rendang". cuma bezanya, rendang takde buah keras and tak letak limau purut byk mcm tu. engkau cuba la, the taste is different. pastu jgn carikkan daun limau tu, coz nanti rasa pahit. :)
