Ingredients
bahan blend12 ulas bwg merah
5 ulas bwg putih
2 inci halia
6 biji buah keras
1 biji buah pala
1 tsp jintan Manis
1 tsp jintan putih
1 tsp ketumbar
6-10 biji buah badam
6-10 biji buah badam
2 tbs kerisik
1/4 bijik kelapa parut fresh (blend)
1/2kg santan
8 biji telur - rebus sampai masak, then goreng
4 tbs susu pekat
garam, gula
3 biji bawang besar - kupas, belah sikit on both side

cara2
1. tumis bahan2 blend (ketumbar, jintan Manis, jintan putih, sangai dan tumbuk) hingga naik bau, masukkan santan.
2. bila santan dah menggelegak, masukkan bawang besar dan telur.
3. kacau dengan api perlahan hingga bawang 3/4 masak, kemudian, masukkan susu pekat, garam dan gula.

recipe ni recipe lama. i pun tak sure samada memang betul2 from johor ke tak. makcik rahmah dah meninggal, takleh nak sahihkan. but yang pastinya, memang sedap!
Shidah, 1more question...original recipe memang guna susu ke atau u tukar pasal sedang ber-diet..hehehe...i hv to ask coz my kids d 1st & 2nd child are both lactose intolerant.

ruzie, ish! jangan malu2. tanya je kalau nak tanya apa2 especially bab2 recipe ni. i love to share dgn orang. pernah jugak buat telur ni tak letak almond, rasa ok cuma kurang lemak sikit. you can try both, cuba without almond dulu, pastu with almond. selamat mencuba! :D
