Roti Arab Lagi!

Semalam lupa nak update blog. Ada ke patut lupa?? Ishk! teruk betul aku sekarang, blog ni manjang dilupakan. On weekdays, aku memang la busy. Rasa mcm tak nyempat2 nak buat apa2. Sometimes rasa mcm nak tido sepanjang hari.

On sunday, aku was too tired to cook anything. Ye la, the nite before dah makan kat Tarbush. Balik pulak dah lambat. Pagi2 sunday tu, K.Mei (my SIL) ajak pegi National Science Center pegi tengok Leonardo da Vinci's exhibition. The truth is, aku malas sangat2 nak pegi, but since dapat tiket free, aku gagahkan jugak bawak the kids to Bukit Kiara. It was worth the time going there. I was at awe bila tengok Da Vinci's creation. Though I dont understand what's so special about his paintings such as  Mona Lisa, The Last Supper, Annunciation and many others, but one thing for sure, he was a gifted person. He thinks hundreds of years ahead of his time. Some of his drawings from his journals were displayed as working models. 17th was the last day of his exhibition. Rugi to those yang tak sempat tengok. Aku pun sipi2 je nak ter miss the exhibition. Thank you K.Mei sebab bagi tiket free, kalau tak, kena bayar RM70 for a family of 4.

Lunch and dinner on Sunday was simple. Aku cuma buat roti arab makan with minced meat (ala-ala keema) and gulai daging. Kesian the kids, makan benda yang sama from lunch til dinner. Iman loves the roti arab with gulai daging. Aku kena buat 10 adunan roti arab sebab tak cukup. Banyakkan? 



Keema Daging (my version) :)
bahan A
1/2 kg daging cincang
5 ulas bawang putih - mayang
2 ulas bwg besar - mayang
1 tbs rempah kari
minyak - 4 tbs
salt

cara2
1. panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih & bawang merah sampai garing. bila dah garing, masukkan rempah kari and daging.
2. goreng daging sampai betul2 kering, add salt. set aside



bahan B
2 tbs oil
3 biji bwg besar - mayang
4 ulas bwg putih - mayang
2 inches halia - cincang halus
1 biji tomato - diced
1/2 can of pea/chick pea - tak kesah apa2 legume pun
4 tbs tomato sauce
4-5 cili padi - cincang
salt, sugar

cara2
1. tumis bwg putih, halia and bawag besar sampai garing.
2. add diced tomato, cili padi and bahan A.
3. goreng for few minutes, then masukkan tomato sauce and few tbs of water just nak bagi basah sikit je.
4. add salt and sugar, pastu masukkan pea. bila pea dah masak and sebati, hidangkan dengan roti arab

    Jangan lupa berselawat sambil menguli (just want to share with you. Tulah nasihat nabi saw pada anaknya ketika anaknya mengadu penat buat kerja rumah). Muah to u :-)

  4. cs, hehehe.. semlm buat lagi 10 adunan. 1/2 dari adunan tu bagi mak, so that dia boleh goreng utk abah kat rumah. lagi 1/2, goreng untuk iman and iffah today :)
