Dried Shrimp Fried Rice

Rasanya minggu ni dah 4 kali kita orang makan nasi goreng ni. Aku malas lagi nak stock peti, so bila masak, guna barang2 kering je. Since stock ikan bilis jepun aku yg 4kg tu dah licin dibuang oleh hubby, maka, terpaksa la guna udang kering je untuk masak.

Ni 1st time aku ambik gambar food yang aku masak menggunakan 50mm. Rasanya memang cun la! hehehe..

Recipe
Bahan2
4 cups - Nasi yang dah dimasak semalaman -
1/4 cup - udang kering. Basuh, blend with dry blender
2 biji telur
6 ulas bawang putih - crushed
2 tbs cili boh
1 tsp stock ikan bilis (optional)
garam
sawi yg dah dipotong (optional)

cara2
1. panaskan 6 tbs minyak, masukkan bwg putih & udang kering, tumis hingga garing.
2. bila dah garing, masukkan cili boh. tumis for few minutes.
3. masukkan telur, goreng lagi sampai telur garing. add salt and stock ikan bilis.
4. masukkan nasi dan gaul rata. biarkan diatas kuali for few minutes before hidangkan.

  1. Oh, kak Lili suka nasi goreng macam ni! Next time kan Shidah, try with isi ikan masin talang yang digoreng dulu dan lepas tu di'floss'kan isinya! Masak macam yang Shidah tunjukkan kat atas tu...memang terlebih sedap! Hehe!

    Lapar pulak tengok nasi goreng Shidah. Tadi for lunch, kak lili buat bihun sup sempoi. Ni rasanya nak pegi goreng nasi ikan masin selepas solat nanti. :))

    waaa.. nak try la. kena pegi cari ikan talang kering jap lagi kat giant.

    eh! menu kita hari ni sama la k.lili. i cooked meehoon sup too for lunch. now tgh siap2 nak pegi rumah mak coz dia masak nasik and tomyam. iman loves tomyam :D

    i like this kind of fried rice..
    dah terasa kesedapnnya bila tengok ur fried rice..the lens u using i think can go closer..lagilah kecur kalau tengok dekat..hehe

    it's my hubby's favourite. dia kata rasa sedap sebab mcm nasi goreng yg mak dia selalu buat. eh! mak dia maknanya mak mertua i la tu.. hehe.. buat2 lupa pulak.

    yup, the lens boleh ambik gambar close up but my problem is, i'm using d40, body takde motor. so bila guna lens yg takde motor, like my 50mm lens ni, i have to manually search for the sharpest focus on the image based on the small dot yg appear dalam camera. susah sgt2! nanti bila i upgrade my camera body to d90 (hopefully soon), i can retake the pic of my eyes.. hahahaha... berangan la ni :D

  7. terliuq kshidah tengok the freid rice photo! nampak sedap, I'm sure sedap..anything with udang kering! yum..Memang bagus that 50mm shot for food! Well done!

  8. mel, nasi goreng tu dah jadi sham's favourite. masak some for brad. i'm pretty sure he'll love it too! :D

    ha-ah, 50mm memang lawa kan. but i really wanna get d90 so that i can do a lot of camwhoring alone.. hahahaha
