Egg rolls


Egg rolls

My Korean sister in law, selalu buat eggrolls ni. Aku tried many times, tapi tak menjadi sebab selalunya akan pecah, nampak serabai. Then K.hani cakap dalam facebook, in order for the telur tak koyak, kena letak air sikit. I tried using k.hani's method, and it works! Thank you k.hani.

Ingredients
4 biji telur
daun sup - mince
cili besar - mince
chicken ham - mince (or boleh letak apa2 je, even seafood and cheese)
salt, pepper
4 tbs water

cara2
1. masukkan semua bahan dalam bowl, pukul sampai sebati.
2. panaskan skillet with a bit of oil, pastu tuang adunan telur dalam skillet, buat layer telur yang nipis, bila dah garing, slowly roll ke tepi, then add lagi adunan telur tu. jap ye, aku post maangchi's video, then u'll get the idea.

    Dah cukup rehat after cuti2 Msia minggu lepas?
    Egg rolls tu nampak sedap. BTW, gambar 2 kiddos with your daughters tu are your anak sedara dari Korean SIL ke? Soalan kepo, ya ampun.

    Masa I pergi Korea decades ago, I ada makan telor dadar yg dicampur dgn kucai. Rasanya sedap sangat walhal simple aje rupanya,

    kalau boleh, nak je i tido for a week. letih sampai sekarang tak habis lagi. badan semua rasa lenguh2. exercise dah almost a month cuti, tak sambung2. huwaaa...

    yes, anak2 sedara i yang berdua tu anak2 my SIL korean tu. dzia is 4 years old, nuri is going to be 2 soon. i love telur dadar with kucai too! hehe.. actually, i love everything yg ada kucai.
