After picking up Iman from school, I went to the author of Kulit Manis - A Taste of Terengganu's Heritage's house at Jalan Gurney. Dah lama dah plan for this lunch date. Alina who lives in Paris came back for a three weeks gastronomy adventure with Spanish and Portugese journalists. The program is under Tourism Malaysia Paris. Part of the program is to experience Terengganu gastronomy. When she came across buku Kulit Manis tu, she was very excited. Since the author is hubby's relative, I introduced Alina to the author. But the funny thing is, before this, aku pun tak kenal Alina. I got to know her dalam facebook thru Jeni. Semalam tu first time jumpa Alina :D
We were served Nasi Dagang (aku makan sikit je sebab dah tak lalu nak makan nasik dagang), rojak betik (mok used to masak rojak ni masa aku kecik dulu) and kepok lekor. Aku makan kepok lekor la banyak, yang lain semua dah biasa makan. But the food was delicious! Lama jugak la duduk kat sana.
