Dendeng Daging Korban

Since raya haji masa tu, Mok korban sekor lembu, maka daging korban yang Makcik Ton simpan, still ada lagi. Lately ni, aku dah kurang makan daging. Most of the time, kita orang makan ikan and sayur je coz hubby kena kurangkan makan daging. Now that dia dah kena makan ubat darah tinggi, aku pun jaga la his diet. Risau jugak.

In a short while, I'll be going back to Terengganu for a holiday plus keje (hubby, not me). Hubby is taking time off from work until next week. So, we're going to spend the weekend bersantai kat kampung. Seronoknya! Tak sabar nak balik. Kita orang dah plan nak pegi skating kat belakang Kg.Cina kat tepi Pasar Kedai Payang now that the park belakang Kg. Cina tu dah siap.

Oleh kerana aku will be away for a week, with the daging korban, aku buatkan adik aku, Mas, yang still dalam pantang tu, Daging Dendeng. The truth is, aku tak sure samada org dalam pantang boleh ke tak makan daging dendeng. Tapi tak kesah la.. Kalau tak, kesian jugak Makcik Ton nak masak.

This recipe, aku dapat from mak angkat my eldest sister, K.Ma. BTW, aku panggil kakak aku, Ma, bukan K.Ma. Nasib baik la aku muda setahun je dari dia, kalau tak, sure orang ingat dia mak aku.. hahahah.. perasan la pulak. :P

    Selalu buat ni dekat2 bulan puasa... hehe...and masa tak puasa jugak! Di Perak, kami panggil Randang Dinding. I've checked ur recipe, lebih kurang jugak except for some ingredients and method jer berbeza sikit. Sikit jer...tak banyak! Hehehe!

    Ke Tganu lagi? Serononknya bersantai...Kak Lili masih terperuk dirumah. Maybe next week baru nak holiday, insyaAllah.

    Sama la kita. Bila time puasa, I'll cook few kgs of the dendeng. freeze in few ziplock, pastu reheat time sahur. :D

    the recipe for dendeng tu i dapat from my sister's mak angkat. recipe k.lily mcm mana? nak jugak try ur recipe if u dont mind. hehe

    as it is, i;m still in terengganu. baru today balik to KT, and connected to the world. for the past few days, kat rumah my mom, takde internet connection. sedih takleh upload gambar and update blog.

    Sorry for the late reply. I'm only able to connect to the net today. Staying at mom's house almost drove me crazy coz my activities were limited due to the rain. It's monsoon season now, thus the nonstop rain :)

    Maybe one day you should try cooking daging dendeng. It's delicious! My hubby's favourite :D
