Selamat Menyambut Hari Kemerdekaan

Everytime merdeka celebration, aku tak rasa pun bersemangat nak mengibarkan bendera and I havent been doing so for the past few years. Thus, I guess, the lack of enthusiasm in Iman when it comes to Merdeka Day. Iman cakap dia tak suka hari merdeka. I asked her why? Dia kata boring, bosan, sebab kat tv asyik tunjuk concert, orang menyanyi, fireworks display. I told her, because of Merdeka Declaration on 31st August 1957 (aku ingat the date pun sebab lagu Sudirman .. hehe), that we're free from jajahan British. Chewah! macam cikgu sejarah la pulak aku. Aku rasa the govenrment should air documentaries before and after merdeka during merdeka day instead of concert hari kemerdekaan yang disambut dengan meriahnya everywhere and nine months from now, I'm pretty sure, kes buang bayi akan berleluasa balik. Nauzubillah!

Iffah pulak, on the other hand, is so excited to celebrate merdeka. Tomorrow at school, students are encouraged to go to school wearing 1Malaysia T shirt and kibarkan Jalur Gemilang. Iman was making comment about how stupid the 1Malaysia shirts look like. And Iffah was very defensive about it, suka sangat the shirt sampai pegi rumah nenek pun pakai shirt tu. Nak tunjuk betapa proud nye dia to be part of the merdeka celebration at school.. hehehe..

No Cooking Day

I was happy yesterday coz I dont have to cook. We had an invitation to berbuka kat Grand Dorsett Subang by hubby's close friend. Hubby memang jenis yang taknak berbuka kat luar. Tapi oleh kerana the invitation was extended by his very dear friend, so he cant say no. Aku la yang paling happy. No cook day will always be a happy day for me. So, for the first time aku tak berbuka dengan mok. Tapi kan, tadi masa aku telepon dia tanya menu untuk masak hari ni, dia bagitau, semalam dia org makan nasik bukhara. Jelesnya!!!

Last nite, aku purposely suruh Iman pakai baju yang sama dengan anak K.Min, Alya, sebab nak tunjuk kat K.Min the same shirt, worn by two different girls living in two different benua... hehehe. Tapikan, gambar aku tak lawa cam gambar K.Min sebab aku guna camera hp jek.

After berbuka, we went for solat maghrib kat one of the rooms yang disediakn oleh hotel tu. After solat, the kids cakap they wanted to  try the Sup Gearbox. Mula2 aku pelik jugak, pesal la nama gearbox. Rupanya sebab tulang tu nampak mcm kepala gear kereta. :D

Bila dah biasa makan sikit for berbuka, rasa se'eh yang amat sangat bila berbuka dengan food yang banyak. Aku tak makan nasik pun semalam coz I know, if I eat rice, I'll be full to the max. Iman didnt eat much, but Iffah makan banyak sangat. This ramadhan, she gained few pounds. Before puasa, dia lagi kurus dari sekarang. And I'm worried! Macam mana nak bagi her weight turun?

Last minute!

Since now Mok and Abah are back in KL, berbuka puasa is no longer just hubby, the kids and me. Menu berbuka pun, instead of just masak 1/2 ekor ayam or 1/2 kg of daging, dah jadi 2-3 ekor ayam or 2-3 kg daging. Now, kat rumah mok ada few families. Permanent resident dalam rumoh mok, ada 2 families, Mas and adik aku, Nazri. On top of those 2 families, Maulud has already moved in with his family sebab Mina just gave birth to a baby girl, named Ara, 2 days ago. Izani and his wife, along with the baby, Sofea, balik for the weekend. And yesterday, we were joined by another 3 families for berbuka. Mok informed me at 5.30pm!! Memang last minute betul.

Guess sapa yang kena masak??? Aku la!!! Huwaaaaaaaaaaa...... Initial planning of berbuka with Masak Lemak Ketam telah ditukarkan kepada Gulai Kampung Ayam, Apple Crumble, Tumis Pedas Telur and Kerabu Pegaga. Oleh kerana it was a last minute thing, maka aku suruh adik aku, Mas to belikan ayam. Dia kata nak balik from Jusco at 6pm. But 6.40pm baru sampai rumah aku. Nasib baik la aku dah tumis the rempah siap2, tinggal nak cuci ayam and masukkan dalam gulai je.

By the time aku sampai rumah mok, it was almost 7.20pm, dah hampir time nak berbuka. Bila tengok meja kat rumah mok, terkejut kejap. Punya la banyak lauk pauk atas meja tu. Ada Nasi Bukhara, Ayam Panggang, Tepung Pelita dan segala macam kuih muih lagi. Argh!! banyak giler!! Nasib baik ler gulai ayam aku sedap, maka, ayam 3 ekor yang aku masak tu, selamat masuk ke perut masing2, dengan berbaki sikit je untuk sahur.

Apple Crumble menggunakan pyrex baking dish yang baru aku ambik tu.. hehehe..

Ingredients

  • 10 cups all-purpose apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degree C).
  2. Place the sliced apples in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix the white sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and ground cinnamon together, and sprinkle over apples.
  3. Combine the oats, 1 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together. Crumble evenly over the apple mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 45 minutes.

Yay!! Barang dah sampai!

Semalam, lepas solat isyak, aku ke Melaka. Jauh betul berjalan.. sanggup ke Melaka semata2 sebab nak ambik barang2 aku yang dah sampai from Melbourne. Actually barang dah sampai end of July, but Noor was busy. Balik je Msia, dia terus ke Netherland for 1 week. Tu yang baru gi ambik barang. Apa barang yang aku kirim kat Noor tu? Bukan handbag, bukan kasut, bukan buku, but Corelle!!

Masa hubby dok mengangkut kotak2 Corelle tu masuk his pick-up, dia membebel, nak buat apa la byk sangat pinggan mangkuk. Aku never get excited looking at new handbags or shoes or clothes, but I always get excited looking at household items! Anyway, below are some of the boxes yg diambik semalam (ada 24 boxes all together).




Lepas ni boleh la aku merajinkan diri untuk baking... hehe.. Aku rasa aku akan cuma bersemangat the next few days je, lepas tu malas balik. But today, dengan semangat yang berkobar2, aku akan buat Apple Crumble or maybe Apple Pie. Aku dah beli green apples kat Jusco few days ago. Kononnya nak tunggu pyrex dish baru nak membaking. Now that pyrex aku dah sampai, maka terpaksa la aku kotakan janji pada diri sendiri.

Kek Batik lagi!

Semalam I was too busy sleeping, sampai tak sempat nak update blog. I couldnt sleep the nite before sebab batuk yang teruk. Lepas subuh baru boleh tido, tu pun lepas dah telan ubat batuk almost setengah botol. By the time nak hantar Iman to school pagi semalam, I was too sleepy to drive. So Iman had to kejutkan abah dia untuk hantar pegi sekolah. Sian anak mama..The whole day semalam I was groggy.. Rasa pening, nak muntah, perut mual. Memang menyesal la minum ubat batuk banyak sangat. Aku dah nekad semalam, that I'll not cook.

Tapi kan.. yang sedihnya, by the time petang, hubby dah tanya, dapur tak berasap lagi ke? Urgh!!! How I wish I can take a break from cooking! Dalam malas mode semalam, aku terpaksa jugak masak Ayam Golek, Kerabu Mangga and Paru Berlada. Nasib baik tak payah buat dessert sebab Lompat Tikam and Kek Batik still ada lagi. Hari ni, aku akan masak menu yang sama, except for paru. But this time kena masak untuk 6 family!! Banyakkan?? Mok and Abah are back in KL. So today nak kena berbuka ramai2 kat rumah mok. As always, aku akan ditugaskan masak main dish which is Ayam Golek and Kerabu Mangga. Abah cakap sepanjang bulan puasa ni, dia tak makan lagi ayam golek. Aku malas sgt2, tapi mengenangkan abah dah request, terpaksa la jugak diturutkan.

Kek Batik

Ayam golek nya gambar takde. Semalam masa tengah sagat mangga guna pisau somtam, aku tersagat jari sendiri. Sakitnya!! Nasib baik hari ni non of my family member tumbuh siong. Parah jugak kalau ada yang bersiong. Ishk! bahaya betul buat keje kat dapur dalam keadaan groggy. 

Oh ya! lupa pulak! Thank you Jahd for the Creme Brulee yang sedap tu (aku cakap sedap sebab FREE .. hahaha). Semalam Jahd datang memulangkan external hard disk aku setelah seminggu dipinjam. Iffah dah bising2, bila la uncle Jahd nak bagi balik HD mama tu sebab dia nak tengok cerita spongebob. Sejak dua menjak ada unifi ni, rumah aku dah jadi pot copy movies.. hahahah.. ye la, download movie less than 45 minutes, hari2 aku download more than 10 movies or drama series. But for the past few days, aku dah tak tau nak download cite apa. Then semalam Rodd (adik K.Min), msg dalam facebook nak copy movies, termasuk few movies yang baru keluar. So mana2 yang takde dalam HD aku, aku downloadkan. Less than 2 hours, dah download 3 movies. Laju!!

Ayam Berempah Bawang Goreng & Butter Rice

Actually the ayam berempah tu aku masak semalam. Memang purposely masak 1/2 ekor so that boleh simpan sikit untuk today. Ye la, semalam berbuka without hubby, semua tak lalu makan. Hari ni hubby dah balik, (aku takyah tido rumah mok, yahooo!!!) so aku masak butter rice to go with the ayam berempah.

The idea to cook the ayam berempah came after tasting the ayam yang sedap sangat2 kat Restoran Syed. I like the ayam yang jual kat Syed tu, cant remember the name. I thought to myself, I got to try concocting something similar to the ayam Syed  tu. I went to Jusco to buy rempah and daun ketumbar, balik rumah, terus masuk dapur. Excited giler nak masak the chicken. Sadly, aku takleh rasa. So main agak-agak je la. Nampak macam sedap, but aku kena tunggu dengan penuh sabar til iftar to taste the chicken. The verdict was, "Sedap sangat2 Mama. Macam mana Mama masak ayam tu?". Those words came from our food critic, Iffah.. hehehe.. I was ecstatic!! Ye la, recipe yang aku reka cipta menjadi, sedap pulak tu, especially bila makan dengan butter rice and served with cucumber & tomato salad. Hubby pun suka sangat, siap bertambah 2 kali, Alhamdulillah :)

Butter Rice

Ayam Berempah Bawang Goreng

Ni pulak, khas untuk K.Lili, 

 Medjool Dates yang gemuk2 dan juicy. Kat sebelah tu dates biasa and yg black colour to ajwa.


Butter Rice Recipe
3 cups of Basmathi Para 1122 - basuh dan toskan
3 1/2 cups of water/chicken stock
1/2 cups of fresh milk
2 tsp of chicken stock ganules (boleh omit kalau guna chicken stock instead of water)
8 ulas bwg putih - crushed
1/2 cup of butter
2 inci kayu manis
1 tbs salt

Cara2
1. Panas periuk, cairkan butter dan tumis kayu manis serta bawang putih hingga bawang kekuningan.
2. Add water, chicken stock ganules, salt dan fresh milk, bring to boil.
3. transfer air yang mendidih tu ke dalam periuk nasi electrik, masukkan beras. biarkan sehingga masak.

Ayam Berempah Bawang Goreng
1 ekor ayam - belah 4, basuh bersih & toskan

30 ulas bawang merah - hiris halus (or 3 labu bawang besar)
10 ulas bwg putih - hiris halus
5 kuntum cengkih
2 bunga lawang
8 biji pelaga
2 inci kayu manis
2 tbs ghee
3 tbs minyak masak
3 tbs kerisik
4 tbs kicap manis
1 cup bawang goreng
1 peket kurma mix maggi (or any rempah kurma)
200ml susu cair
a bunch of daun ketumbar
salt, sugar
1/2 cup of water

cara2
1. panaskan minyak & ghee, masukkan rempah kasar, then goreng bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai garing.
2. Masukkan kurma mix yang dah dicampur few tbs of air. biarkan kurma mix garing, kemudian masukkan ayam dan 1/2 cup of water.
3. biarkan ayam merenih. bila ayam dah 1/2 masak, masukkan susu cair, daun ketumbar, garam dan kerisik.
4. perlahankan api, biarkan sehingga ayam masak dan kuah pekat. masukkan 1 cup of bwg goreng. masak for few minutes, boleh dihidangkan!

Tido rumah mok..

Tensionnya bila Makcik Ton takde... sebabnya aku dipaksa (dipaksa okey!) untuk tido dirumah mok. Hubby tak bagi tido rumah just bertiga dengan the kids. Argh!! malas betul nak berangkut barang2. Esok pagi2 dah kena balik rumah sebab Iman sekolah. Bila pikir sahur, lagi rasa pening kepala. Last nite aku sahur minum air kosong je sebab malas nak ke dapur mok. Mok takde, rumah ni rasa kosong. Lusa baru mok and abah balik KL. Itu pun sebab adik ipar aku, Mina, is going to deliver on 27th August ni.

On Saturday, K.Mei datang bukak pose kat rumah with Abang Zainol. Since aku still tak sihat lagi, aku masak Nasik Lemak Ikan Aye. It's hubby's favourite!! Dia memang suka sangat2 makan ikan aye. Maklumla, orang Terengganu pure. Eh! aku pun orang Terengganu jugak, but takde la minat pun makan ikan aye, especially kalau buat singgang.

K.Mei bawak Kalahari Medjool dates. Mula2 aku ingatkan apa la dalam kotak besar tu. Tengok2, ada dates yang sangat gemuk dan gebu. Satu kotak tu worth about RM200, ada 2kg of Medjool dates. Makan sebijik, kenyang sampai sahur. Masa mula2 aku rasa the date, memang tak lalu nak menghabiskan. Sebijik Medjool, sama dengan 4 bijik dates biasa. Weh! mana la lalu nak makan dates banyak2 mcm tu.

Nasi Lemak Ikan Aye served with Spicy Fried Chicken.

Aku gunakan basmathi for the nasi lemak. But basmathi tu tak sesedap para 1122 yang extra panjang tu. Ishk! buang duit je aku beli basmathi cap maharaja ke apa tah ni. Dah la pendek, tak sedap pulak tu. Frust betul. For the past 14 hari berpuasa, everyday aku masak. Aku nak sangat untuk berbuka kat luar.. tapi in the end, masak jugak kat rumah. Ishk! tak lalu betul nak beli food kat bazaar ramadhan. Dah terkena sekali, food tak sedap, terus turnoff nak pegi lagi. Something is wrong with me..

Kerabu Daun Selom & Kerabu Taugeh

Without Makcik Ton around to help me, aku cuba sedaya upaya to cari short cut in cooking. Hari tu teringin sangat nak makan kerabu. So what I did was, aku buat the urap guna sebijik kelapa, then aku bahagikan to few portion, normally, 1 biji kelapa, boleh digunakan untuk 3 kali kerabu. I only use the portion that I need, balance aku freezekan. So far dah 2 kali la aku buat kerabu, ada lagi balance urap untuk sekali masak lagi.

Kerabu Daun Selom

Kerabu Taugeh

bahan2
15 ulas bwg merah
5 ulas bwg putih
4 tbs udang kering
3 btg cili merah
10 cili padi
1 biji kelapa - goreng sehingga kuning, and a bit garing.
1 tbs salt
4 tbs sugar

cara2
1. kelapa yang dah goreng tu, tumbuk lumat. aku guna dry blender je. set aside
2. blend bwg merah, bwg putih, udang kering, cili merah dan cili padi using dry blender. gaul bersama kelapa.
3. add sugar and salt.
4. masukkan dalam kuali, goreng for 5-10 minutes dengan api perlahan.
5. bahagikan to few bahagian, freeze it!


Bila nak makan, just gaul urap dengan ulam/sayur, pastu perah limau nipis or lemon or limau kasturi, add 3-4 tbs santan, masukkan cili merah dan bawang besar yg dah dihiris nipis, hidangkan.

Bebola Roti Goreng

Masa mula2 nak masak this bread balls, my concern was it'll be too oily. We try our best to reduce oil dalam our diet. Food macam KFC tu, memang jarang sangat makan. Suprisingly, bila dah masak, takde la byk minyak pun. The taste, a bit mcm vadei minus the spices. Aku rasa kalau tambah kacang dhal yg dah direbus embuk, jintan putih, cili kering and daun kari, sure lagi umph!


Ingredients:-
14 keping roti - shred to small pieces (I used 10 keping)
2 biji telur - saiz besar (I used 3 biji)

3 batang cili merah- potong kecil2 (I used 1 batang saje)
1 biji bawang besar (dadu halus2)
sedikit daun sup/bawang (hiris)
2 sudu teh serbuk lada putih
garam secukup rasa
perasa ikan bilis - (I used 1 tbs)
minyak utk menumis

Method:-
1. Pukul telur, masukkan cili merah, bawang,perasa ikan bilis, garam, lada sulah dan daun sup/bawang.
2. Kemudian, masukkan roti ke dalam mangkuk yg besar. Gaul rata-rata.
3.Kkepal2kan menjadi bebola. Buat bebola roti hingga habis. Gorenglah seperti anda menggoreng jemput-jemput biasa. Hidangkan bersama sos cili yg anda gemari.

Thank you to Ayu and Izah for promoting this recipe. The original recipe can be found here. Keje membulatkan roti ni aku serahkan pada iman. Alhamdulillah, lately ni, rajin pulak duduk kat dapur. Selalunya dia memang tak ambik pot. Maybe jugak dah makin besar kot. Walaupun aku tak 100% recover lagi, but with iman helping out in the kitchen, tolong potong bawang, pecah telur etc, keje rasa ringan. Lepas berbuka, Iman will help clean the table and wash the dishes, which is so unlike her. Thank you Allah for the positive changes in her. :)

Tadi we went to Jusco, nak beli shirt for Iman and Iffah. Masa dalam kete, tiba2 Iffah tanya, "Mama, Mat tu male kan? Matress tu female kan?". Luruh kejap jantung mama bila dengar mcm tu. Sapa la yang bagi ajaran sesat tu! ishk!! I told her that Mat = alas kaki and Matress = tilam. She knows that, but still boleh pikir mcm tu. Sabar je la..

3 Minute Chocolate Cake

I wanted to post this entry tengahari tadi, but I was so tired. Mata tengah sakit, kena pink eye la pulak. Dah la suara still takde. Bila cakap dengan orang, instead of suara husky sexy, dengar macam itik serati.. hehe.. Anyway, I found this recipe dalam  this blog. Her blog was featured in yahoo news yesterday, dasyat kan? This girl beli a dress at $1 and turned it into a headturner. Her budget for her clothings is $1 a day. Aku suka baca her blog, she's very creative. Kalau aku, memang tak terpikir nak buat mcm dia buat.

Anyway, I tried the 5 Minute Chocolate Cake recipe in her blog, and it was a failure. Maybe jugak aku suka my choc cake to be moist, bukan dry mcm telur dadar. I made some alteration to the original recipe, and instead of calling it 5 Minute Chocolate Cake, I'm calling it 3 Minute Chocolate Cake. It's confusing la bila call it 5 Minute Choc Cake, coz initially I thought the cake is cook in the microwave oven for 5 minutes. Anyway, this is my version of the recipe.


Ingredients
3 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
6 tablespoons milk
5 tablespoons oil
A small splash of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 large coffee mug (Microwave Safe) (I used small pyrex bowl)

Method
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly before pouring in the milk and oil in. Keep mixing. Add the optional chocolate chips next (who makes that an option!) and vanilla extract, and mix again...
Put your mug in the micro wave and cook for three minutes on high. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow it to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.

Note : aku rasa kalau steam this cake, lagi sedap. Anyway, cake ni edible kalau makan dengan choc syrup or ice cream. selamat mencuba! :D

Butir Nangka

My favourite kuih berbuka! Eh! Butir nangka ni kuih ke bubur? Erm... aku pun tak sure. Tapi yang pastinya, kalau buat berbuka, memang sedap sangat2. Oleh kerana semalam aku masak bermacam2 juadah, tak sempat aku nak menggentel butir nangka tu. So aku serahkan tugas menggentel pada Iman. Patutnya kaler butir nangka tu, hijau lagi. But I ran out of pewarna hijau, so warna butir nangka aku pucat je. Kaler from air daun pandan tu tak menyerlahkan kehijauan butir nangka aku.


Bila tengok butir nangka tu, comel jugak. Pandai anak mama gentel. Tak tau angin apa yang melanda, tiba2 Iman jadi rajin teramat sangat nak menolong aku kat dapur. Sepanjang bulan ramadhan ni, aku tak hantar both of them pegi KAFA sebab KAFA balik awal, belajar cuma 2 jam je. Lagipun kesian jugak kat dia org, bila balik sekolah, muka masing2 kepenatan yang amat sangat. Cuaca pulak kadang2 panas terik, kadang2 hujan lebat, buatkan aku rasa takde mood nak menghantar dia org pegi sekolah. Kalau boleh skip sekolah kebangsaan, memang aku akan suruh dia org ponteng. hehe.. teruk betul la aku ni.

Resipi Butir Nangka
Untuk dough butir nangka tu
Tepung Pulut
5-6 helai daun pandan - blend dan ambik air

cara2
1. campurkan air daun pandan dgn tepung pulut, tambah tepung pulut jika perlu, sampai tepung tak melekat dijari. dough sama dengan dough onde2 buah melaka. Gentelkan berbentuk bujur kecik2.


Untuk kuah butir nangka
250ml santan
100ml air
6-7 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs halba
1 inci halia, dihiris halus

cara2
1. panaskan santan dan air dalam periuk bersama dengan halba dan halia.
2. apabila santan mendidih, masukkan butir nangka, masak sehingga butir nangka timbul. add garam dan gula, hidangkan.

Today hubby is coming home, so kena la masak a bit special for iftar. The truth is, I'm running out of ideas on the menu for iftar. Kalau aku masak pelik2, anak2 takan makan. Pastu hubby pulak, taknak makan nasi yang berat mcm beriyani, lamb rice etc. Menu iftar this year memang sempoi sangat2, lebih kurang macam menu dinner except that aku akan buat kuih 1-2 jenis.

After much deliberation, negotiation etc, today I've decided to cook butir nangka, karipap ikan, sambal tumis ikan bilis, ayam masak merah, kerabu pucuk paku and sayur lemak kobis. Aku rasa mcm banyak sangat pulak, dah la kita orang berempat je yang berbuka. Kalau dulu ada Makcik Ton, ok la jugak. Ni just 2 adults and 2 children, masak elaborate mcm tu, memang ada yang akan terbuang nanti. The problem with me is portioning. Sampai sekarang aku tak boleh nak masak sikit2. Dulu before kawin, aku kan selalu kena masak for my big family, so dah terbiasa masak banyak. Bila dah kawin, susah nak reduce cara masak. Now dah tinggal berempat, lagi la kena reduce banyak. Hopefully aku tak membazir hari ni.

Nasi Goreng Daging with Peas

A simple dish yang aku masak few days ago. The kids love it! Especially bila ada telur dadar tu.

Recipe 
Nasi - 2 mangkuk

200gm daging - potong nipis
5-6 ulas bawang putih - crushed
1/4 cup peas
3 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs beef stock granules
salt & white pepper
3 biji telur - add a bit of salt, dadarkan, then potong nipis.
1 tbs minyak bijan

cara2
1. panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang putih. bila bawang dah kuning, masukkan daging, goreng dengan api yang besar for 5 minutes.
2. perlahankan api, masukkan osyter sauce, beef stock, peas, salt and pepper.
3. kacau rata, kemudian masukkan nasi dan minyak bijan, kacau for few minutes, hidangkan bersama telur dadar.

Mee Kari

Dah lama tak masak mee kari. A day before puasa, I cooked mee kari. Sedapnya!! Sungguh menyelerakan. Eh! aku ni angkat bakul masuk sendiri pulak.. hehehe.. but hubby loves it!


Hubby is in Terengganu now, maka juadah berbuka hari ni sangat2 simpoi. Actually aku malas nak masak. Pukul 4.45pm tadi, after Asar, aku ajak Iman pegi bazaar ramadhan. For the first time since puasa, aku berkunjung ke bazaar ramadhan. Aku dah plan awal2, that I'm not going to spend more than RM10. Aku siap bagitau Imi (member SSP) that I will not spend more than that. Dia tanya aku, aku hidup zaman apa? hehe..

True enough, I only spent RM8.60. Somehow, aku macam takde selera tengok food kat bazaar ramadhan. I bought popia and cucur for RM5, roti boom 3 keping, RM1.80 and meehoon goreng for RM1.80. Popia dan cucur dah selamat berada didalam tong sampah, takde sesapa pun makan. Meehoon goreng pun telah menyertai cucur dan popia dengan jayanya sebab by the time berbuka, meehoon tu dah rasa mcm nak basi. Juara bertahan sekarang ialah roti boom. Tu pun sebab the kids taknak makan lagi roti boom tu.

Lepas ni memang tak boleh beli makanan from bazaar ramadhan. Masa aku pregnantkan Iman and Iffah dulu, aku suka sangat pegi bazaar ramadhan melawati. Everytime pegi, I spent more than RM20. Lepas berbuka, banyak makanan yang kena buang. Punya la membazirnya masa tu. For the past few years, aku hardly berkunjung ke bazaar ramadhan. I dont see a point in buying food kat sana sebab by the time berbuka, byk makanan yg dah rasa semcm. Ye la, orang2 yang menjual tu prepare the food awal pagi. Mana boleh tahan sampai ke petang. Kalau ada yang nak simpan untuk buat sahur, kim salam je la. Buat sakit perut je nanti.

So, tonite, I'm going to makan nasik pattaya homemade for sahur.. Iffah cakap mama buat nasik pattaya paling sedap dalam dunia! hehe... makin bertambah kembang la mama. Iman is so into reading "Chinese Cinderella"...

Tokay Gecko or Tokke

Suddenly tokke sekarang dah jadi femes giler. Dulu masa mula2 mok duduk kat kampung, which was 10 years ago, ada tokke besar yang duduk kat rumah tu. Mok punya la takut nak turun ke dapur kalau time subuh sebab tokke tu akan berbunyi "Tokke! Tokke!", thus the name tokke. But now, tokke dah takde. Pegi mana2 pun, takan jumpa tokke sebab dia diburu for the value. According to adik aku, Abe, people use it to treat AIDS. I read somewhere, that it's highly sought in Chinese traditional medicine.

I was very lucky to be able to tengok tokke sendiri. Abe caught the tokke roaming at rumah arwah ayahmat kat belakang rumah my parents. Well, takde la belakang sangat. It's about 10 minutes drive, masuk ke hutan. Since rumah tu dah lama ditinggalkan, maka tokke tu buat macam rumah dia sendiri. I read in National Geographic that tokke ni territorial, which means, sekor tokke per house.

Masa aku nak ambik gambar tokke ni, tiba2 je tokke ni melompat, semua orang menjerit. Aku memang geli yang amat sangat kalau tengok species mcm cicak ni, tak tahan!! Dah satu hal pulak nak masukkan tokke ni balik dalam bekas yang Abe simpan ni. Nasib baik tokke tu tak larikan diri. Kalau tak sure Abe marah coz it's valuable. Anyway, Abe memang takde intention to sell this tokke. Maybe just simpan kat rumah buat binatang peliharaan.. Aku memang akan ambik lajak ler everytime lalu tepi sangkar tokke ni, geli!!!

Terawih - Day 1

Since I'm not feeling very well, hubby decided to performed terawih prayer kat rumah with us. Alhamdulillah.. lega rasa. Nak berdiri lama, kaki rasa wobbly, nak angkat periuk kosong pun tak larat. Oleh kerana puan rumah sakit, maka hari ni, dapur ditutup. Eh! tapi tak tutup jugak. Tadi tengahari, masak nasi goreng daging for the kids. Iffah didnt go to school sebab dia pun kena viral fever. In a way, it's a blessing sebab aku takyah ler nak kena keluar masuk rumah, I'm too tired. Joints semua rasa sakit, mcm orang tua.

Petang tadi I made pisang kaki for the kids aka puding raja. Dalam letih and tak bertenaga, sempat jugak masak. hehe.. pengorbanan seorang ibu. Then,  aku rebus daging 3kg, ingat nak buat few dishes with daging rebus tu, tapi tak lalu ler nak duduk dapur. Esok je la.. Maybe I'll cook daging dendeng, pastu some of the daging aku akan guna untuk buat kuih dadar daging, then balance tu aku guna untuk buat kari daging which boleh makan dengan roti canai segera for sahur. Anyway, I got to sleep now.. Harapnya, aku terdaya untuk bangun sahur tomorrow morning. Menu sahur? It will be burger for tomorrow..

Girls Get Together

This week memang happening la sessi bersosial aku. It started with lunch date with Mar and Azreen kat Chili's KLCC on Sunday afternoon. Pastu on Tuesday, keluar minum dengan Wan. Then Wednesday, another Chili's outing with Lily, Za, Dila, Imi and Yeen. On Thursday, lunch with Doddy, Lily, Has and Islah kat a Vietnamese restaurant kat KLCC. I cant remember the name, but it's located at the 4th floor, near Little Penang Cafe. Lepas lunch kat situ, aku joined Mas and Iman kat Chili's (again!). Balik rumah dah almost 6pm. Nasib baik sempat ambik Iffah kat sekolah. Semalam aku had a full day, which aku dah cerita in the previous entry. Today.. today sangat la meletihkan.

Oleh kerana nak siap in advance for today, last nite, aku sapu and mop lantai malam2 buta. Then aku siap2 marinate the chicken, letak dalam freezer. Lepas siap keje, aku tengok movie Inception with hubby. That movie aku download from the internet using unifi, which took me only about 45 minutes! Weeeeeeeeeee... aku happy!! hehe.. Pastu hari ni, pagi2 lagi aku dah keluar breakfast with hubby and the kids, rumah bersih, kemas untuk ketibaan tetamu. Lepas breakfast, aku gi pasar tani with hubby. He wanted to buy betik, and I bought pisang lemak manis. Balik from pasar tani, Azli dah tunggu with Doritos for Amy and me. Yay! best giler dapat makan Doritos!! Thx Azli!!

Masuk je rumah, terus aku basuh baju, jemur baju and lipat baju. Since my guests are expected at 3pm, so aku plan to start cooking at 1pm. I cooked nasi kebuli sebab tu je la yang paling senang untuk aku yang maidless ni. Letih weh kalau nak masak beria2, pastu nak kena kemas dapur before guests sampai lagi, then kena kemas rumah lepas guests balik pulak. Takyah susah2, sakit kepala.. just masak yang simple je. I managed to finish cooking at 3pm. Zana was the 1st to arrived at 3.30pm. Pastu June and As sampai. Then Nora, Anne and Roger. At about 4.30pm, Azel and Camie pulak arrived. Last sekali sampai Lily.. huhuhu.. dah ler dia bawak salad for nasi kebuli tu. Orang lain semua dah kekenyangan by the time salad sampai. Nora made delicious Apple Cake. Lepas ni kena mintak recipe dengan nora :D

Kita orang duduk, lepak2, minum kopi, then some dah terpaksa balik, mcm Zana, June and As. Ingatkan Normi dah tak sampai, alih2 at almost 6pm, Normi arrived with Abu and their kids. Riuh rendah kejap rumah. Alhamdulillah nasik and lauk tu cukup utk guests yang more than 20 termasuk children. It was a great get together. InsyaAllah, lepas ni, boleh la jumpa lagi. Alhamdulillah, all went well. As I'm typing this, rumah dah bersih, cuma tinggal nak sapu and mop  je esok :)

Sogo Member's Day Sale

Aku nak pegi Sogo sale!!! Huwaaaaaaa... Tapi kan, oleh kerana hari ni busy giler, aku terlepas the sale for today. If aku rajin, I might go tomorrow. Petang tadi, hubby temankan aku pegi Sogo, tapi oleh kerana terlalu ramai sangat orang yg dirasuk Sogo sale, jalan depan Maju Junction tu jem teruk sangat2, langsung tak gerak. Urgh!! Tension aku. Aku pun terpaksa la pusing balik, tak jadi la pegi Sogo. Sob sob... sedih la ni. Last2, aku pegi Jusco AU2 Fiesta je. Tu pun sebab aku nak beli grocery.

Apasal aku busy sangat hari ni yek? Pagi2 lagi, lepas antar the kids to school, aku masak nasi goreng for hubby. Pastu aku start mengemas rumah, kemas dapur, bilik the kids, basuh 3 loads of baju kotor, tukar cadar, basuh cadar2 semua, then at 9.30am, aku pegi ambik Iffah kat KAFA. Aku ambik awal hari ni sebab at 10.30am, installer UNIFI datang. Lepas ambik Iffah from school, aku bawak dia pegi breakfast, then terus balik rumah. Sampai je rumah, budak2 UNIFI tu datang. Aku terpaksa tunggu budak2 tu habis installation, takleh nak pegi mana2. Alhamdulillah K.Siti baik hati tolong ambikkan Iman from school. Thank you K.Siti!!

Then at 1.30pm, finally rumah aku connected to Unifi. Happy giler aku especially bila download movie takes less than 1 hour. Kalau tak, before this, berjanggut aku tunggu. Sometimes 6-10 hours. Kalau nasib tak baik, more than 12 hours. Dinner tonite aku masak bubur, makan dengan chicken mushroom in soy sauce. Sorry, aku malas nak ambik gambar. Ni gambar pasta yang entah bila aku masak :D

Olive Leaf Extract

I promised a friend that I'll make ummi darwisya brain food for her. So today, I went to Vitacare to buy Olive Leaf Extract. In the first recipe, I substituted olive leaf extract with virgin olive oil. But tadi, while having lunch kat Chili's KLCC with my sister, Mas, she told me about the benefits of olive leaf extract. According to her, the reason kena H1N1, selsema babi dan macam2 penyakit yang flu related jarang didengar di Israel ialah kerana, dia orang bagi anak2 dia org makan extrak daun zaitun ni together with almond.

Aku pun apa lagi, terus bersemangat untuk buat a new batch of ummi darwisya's brain food untuk anak2 and my dear friend tu. I send her a message dalam fb, cerita pasal benefit brain food tu. She said, at where she lives, it's difficult to find fish oil and habatus sauda. Maybe ada fish oil, but masalah bahasa is the main setback when conversing with the locals. So aku buatkan untuk anak2 my friend tu.

Masa aku call Farik, hubby Zana, asking for the price of the olive leaf extract tu, I thought I heard it wrong when he said it's selling at RM160 per bottle. Bila dia cakap lagi sekali price, I was taken a back! Waaa.. mahal giler! Just for 500ml, harga dah RM160. Kopak duit gue... huhuhu... Nasib baik la bukan guna banyak sangat. Suprisingly, aku suka rasa olive leaf extract tu, sedap sangat2. hehehe.. semua yang aku suka akan fall in the sedap sangat2 category. And, yang bestnya, the brain food tu taste better than the 1st one.

Hypertension

Another area of extreme interest concerning olive leaf extract has been that of lowering high blood pressure. As stated earlier, the University of Granada conducted experiments showing that oleuropein , another component present in the extract of the olive leaf , may be responsible for the vasodilator on the smooth muscle layer of coronary arteries. Say the researches:

We studied the importance of the smooth vascular muscle endothelium in the vasodilator action of the decoction of olive (olive europaea) leaf. We also showed that oleuropeoside is a component responsible for vasodilator activity but, from the results, it seem likely that at least one other principle is to be found in the olive leaf which is either a vasodilator itself or else potentiates the relaxant effect of oleuropein.

In other words, it appears that oleuropeoside can reduce high blood pressure levels by causing constricted arteries to relax and become more flexible, thereby allowing for more blood flow. They also note that there is probably at least one other component that aids oleuropeoside in this relaxation process.

Earlier studies comfirm the findings of the University of Granada In Bulgaria, it was first hypothesized that oleuropein also can have a beneficial effect on elevated blood pressure. In fact, studies at the Department of Exprimental and Clinical Pharmacology of the Postgrduate Medical Institute showed that it could reduce high blood pressure levels by an average of 68 percent of the initial level in some animals, and as high as 36 percent in other animal.

Olive Leaf Extract and Hypoglycemia / Diabetes

Researchers at the University of Granada in Spain found that extract from the olive leaf could have significant effect on the management of blood sugar levels. The compound, oleuropeoside is responsible for the hypoglycemic activity and may result from two mechanisms: (a) potention of glucose-induced insulin release and (b) increased peripheral uptake of glucose (Gonzalez,etal.,513). In other words, the researchers hypothesize that oleuropein could actually stimulate the production of insulin (which plays a key role in the utilization of blood sugar) or in the enhancement of utilization of blood sugar in the extremities.

There are numerous symptoms and conditions that are a result of viral, bacterial and fungal infection. Herpes, AIDS and other auto immune disorders all have direct connections to problems associated with the immune system and its inability to function correctly. Brain Food - The recipe

The recipe : Almond, Raisins, Dates, Figs, Fish oil, honey, habatus sauda, ekstract daun zaitun and Air surah taha.

1) Kacang Badam (Almond)
Ia terkenal kerana kandungan minyaknya. Ia juga makanan yang diwajibkan untuk para hufaz dari negeri Timur Tengah. Saya juga diberitahu, orang Yahudi membiasakan anak mereka meminum susu badam suam pada setiap hari.

2) Kismis
Bahan ni memang orang kita dah kenal kebaikkannya hingga mereka boleh gelar kismis Minda.

3) Minyak Ikan
Saya guna jenama Pristin kerana kandungan Omega 3 - DHA dan EPAnya yang paling tinggi di pasaran Malaysia iaitu 5 kali ganda dibanding dengan yg rendah. Saya rasa semua ibu2 tahu akan kegunaan minyak ikan dalam membentuk otak bayi sebelum bayi lahir lagi.

4) Kurma
Ia satu buah yang tercatat dalam sejarah dimana Saidatina Maryam 'Alaihissalam ketika mahu melahirkan Nabi Isa 'Alaihissalam dirakam di dalam Al Quran;
'Dan gegarlah kearahmu batang pohon kurma itu, supaya gugur kepadamu buah kurma yang masak, maka makanlah dan minumlah serta bertenanglah hati dari segala yang merungsingkan. Al Quran (17) Surah Maryam (Ayat 25-26)

5) Madu
Madu kaya dengan fruktosa iaitu gula ringkas yang boleh diserap terus ke dalam darah untuk memberi tenaga segera. Para penyelidik menggelar madu sebagai agen untuk mencerdaskan otak. Sabda Rasulullah s.a.w. Barangsiapa yang menjilat Madu sebanyak tiga kali pagi setiap bulan, maka dia tidak akan terkena cubaan yang besar (penyakit yang berbahaya) (Riwayat Ibnu Majah)

6) Habbatus Sauda
Sabda Rasulullah s.a.w. "Tetaplah kamu dengan habbatus sauda kerana padanya adalah penawar segala jenis penyakit melainkan as Sam. Para sahabat bertanya "Ya Rasulullah, apakah itu as Sam..? Jawab Rasulullah s.a.w "As Sam itu adalah mati.."


7) Buah Tin
Allah berfirman "Demi buah Tiin dan Buah Zaitun, Demi Gunung Sinai dan Negeri (Makkah) yang dijadikan aman.." Al Quran (95) Surah At Tiin (Ayat 1).

Sabda Rasulullah s.a.w.
Makanlah kamu semua darinya (Buah Tin), sekiranya aku katakan sesungguhnya buah yang turun dari syurga maka aku kata 'inilah buahnya'. Ini kerana buah syurga tiada keraguan. Sesungguhnya ia boleh menyembuhkan penyakit buasir dan mendatangkan manfaat bagi sendi-sendi" Hadis riwayat Abu Daud, Abu Darda, Suyuti

8) Ekstrak Daun Zaitun Olive Oleo
Melancarkan penghantaran nutrien-nutrien dari bahan bahan diatas ke dalam darah dan seterusnya ke otak. Ia juga adalah anti bakteria, anti fungus dan anti virus. Resepi ini tidak memasukkan sebarang bahan awet selain dari ekstrak daun zaitun ini.

Pohon Zaitun adalah pohon yang diberkati seperti sabda Rasulullah s.a.w. "gunakan sari zaitun sebagai lauk pauk dan minyak, sesungguhnya ia berasal dari pohon yang diberkati' Riwayat at Tarmizi dan Ibnu Majah"


9) Air Surah Taha
Air biasa yang dibacakan AlFatihah (1 kali) dan Surah Taha, Ayat 1 - 23, 11 kali. Ia adalah makanan rohani yang akan melembutkan hati kanak-kanak degil dan melancarkan pemikiran mereka. Ia adalah doa Nabi Musa untuk memohon kebijaksanaan.

Ummi Darwisya cakap  sukatan ikut sesedap tangan. Below is my sesedap tangan nye sukatan :D



Ingredients

bahan2 blend - guna dry blender. kalau susah nak blend, just add 1-2 tbs olive oil everytime blend
250gm - 300gm almond
200gm raisins
200gm dates
150gm fig

then add 10-15 tbs honey, 10 capsules of fish oil (ambik minyak saje), 3 tbs of habatus sauda, gaul. 


Note that the one that I made looks like loklik (according to sally), not too dry but not too wet. My suggestion is, add more honey bila nak makan, maybe another 2 tbs of honey pada 1tbs of adunan, I like it mcm the one that I made sebab senang nak bulat2kan and terus masuk mulut. Imi suggested masuk dalam digestable colour paper, bungkus macam gula2 so that the kids akan excited nak makan :)

Brain Food

Last nite, as I was reading Zana's blog, I chance upon Ummi Darwisya's blog. Ummi Darwisya berkongsi pemakanan yang sihat for our brain. Nampak recipe tu senang je, aku pun apa lagi, pagi2 lagi dah ke Carrefour mencari barang. Most of the ingredients memang dah ada, macam madu, fish oil, kurma, raisin. Cuma yang takde buah tin, habatus sauda dan almond.

Tergaru2 jugak kepala aku pikir, mana nak cari habatus sauda. Alhamdulillah Zana ada banyak. Kat rumah aku pun dulu ada, tapi baru2 ni masa kemas dapur, aku dah buang sebab ada hama kat dalam. Balik je dari hantar Iffah sekolah, aku terus memulakan projek membuat brain food. Suprisingly, aku suka sangat2 the taste of all ingredients mixed together. I used substantial amount of olive oil jugak (instead of extract daun, aku guna extra virgin olive oil). Maybe next time aku akan gunakan extract daun zaitun pulak.

Yay! Finally.. Unifi

Tiba-tiba hari ni tergerak hati aku nak beralih arah to Unifi. Lily told me about Unifi ages ago, long before TM made it public. Masa tu dah excited sangat2 nak subscribe to Unifi. But Lily cakap the subscription fee might be more than RM200 monthly. Mana mampu weh! Masa the 1st rolled out in March, it was only for four area, Bangsar, Shah Alam, Subang and erm.. mana tah satu lagi. Pastu Lily cakap area Melawati will be included in the second stage roll out, in July. Suker aku dengar. But as usual, I forgot about it, sampai la aku nampak status one of my SS friend, that Unifi technicians tengah tarik cable kat rumah dia.

Aku pun apa lagi, terus telepon Unifi. Lama jugak la aku tunggu for their customer service rep to attend to my call. The registration took about 10 minutes. This Friday, Unifi technicians will come for installation. Cuma yang aku kurang suka is the fact that I'll have to change my home number. I've been using this number for almost 10 years, now kena tukar pulak. The customer service rep pun cakap, that's the only setback of Unifi, kena tukar number baru. Huwaaaaaa.... sedih sungguh! So starting this Friday, nombor rumah aku akan bertukar. But starting this Friday jugak, aku boleh download movies and korean dramas dengan gamaknya... muahahahahha

Now, what did I cook today? Mula2 plan nak masak ikan masak masak merah or sweet sour or apa2 je la yang menyusahkan. Pastu bila pikir betapa letihnya aku hari ni mengemas dan membasuh baju, terus tak jadi. Last sekali, aku just goreng je ikan geruk tu. It was quite huge, about 1.5kg. Masa aku goreng, hubby tanya, "you nak panggil orang datang makan ke?". hehe... Aku cakap kat dia, takyah panggil orang makan, jap lagi mesti licin. True enough, with sambal tempoyak, licin ikan tu. Dah la makan panas2 pulak tu. Fuh! sedap!! Yang aku tak tahan makan ikan geruk ni, satu je, tulang and sirip dia punya la tajam. Kena berhati2 bila makan, takut tercucuk. Last week jari aku tercucuk sirip ikan geruk, one week baru hilang sakit.

Ikan Geruk Goreng Berlada

Ngeri jugak masa nak siang the fish. Especially bila tengok insang dia yang besar. Tulang ikan ni pun keras sangat2. Lepas dah clean the fish, aku lumur dengan kunyit and garam, pastu masuk peti for 3 hours. Then aku keluarkan, then blend bawang merah, bawang putih and cili giling, add a bit of salt, lumur kat ikan before goreng dengan minyak yg banyak. Yummy!!

Terung Celup Telur

Khas untuk CS :D
Terung Celup Telur
4 biji telur
8 ulas bawang merah (or 3 ulas bwg besar)
5 ulas bawang putih
2 tbs cili giling (kalau tak suka pedas, kurangkan to 1 tbs)
Terung - potong nipis, about 1cm thick.
 2 tsp garam

Cara2
1. Blend bwg putih and bawang merah. Pastu gaul dengan cili giling and garam.
2. Pecahkan telur dalam bowl, pukul dengan fork, then masukkan bahan blend. 
3. Panaskan kuali, masukkan about 2tb of oil (minyak lebih kurang mcm nak buat telur dadar), pastu celup terung dalam telur, masukkan dalam kuali. Sudukan few tbs of telur ke dalam kuali, so that terung tu tertutup dengan telur. Masa masak tu, jgn besarkan api, nanti terung tak masak :)
4. bila telur dah garing, boleh la angkat.

Cooking..

Sure kawan2 aku pelik, selalunya macam2 la gambar lauk pauk yg aku post dalam blog. But sejak dua menjak Makcik Ton balik Indonesia, blog aku sunyi sepi dari gambar masak. Tak masak ke puan empunya blog ni? Actually aku masak, cuma takde masa nak ambik gambar. By the time aku ingat nak ambik gambar, lauk dah licin. Contohnya hari Jumaat baru ni. Beria2 aku masak ayam gulai kampung. Ingat nak ambik gambar, but by the time aku dah siap2 ambik camera, lauk dah licin... Ermm...

Takpe la, since takde gambar lauk pauk, aku nak up gambar tea and spices yang Za hadiahkan baru ni. Thank you so much Za for the abaya untuk Iman & Iffah and all the teas and spices.

Spearmint tea tu sedap sangat. As I'm typing here, I'm sipping the cinnamon tea, which sedap jugak, suprisingly :)

I've yet to cook a dish using the masala.. masalah betul.. aku seriously dunno what to cook with them.

more spices.. ana sudah pening.. kena google each and every spice, and tengok the usage.

Finally... aku dapat beli Baskin Robbins at 31% discount. Mula2 tu, aku tak ingat langsung that today is 31st. Pastu tadi masa duduk berborak2 dengan Lily and Imi kat meja makan kat rumah aku, tiba2 teringat! Tu pun sebab kita orang dok kira date to go for lunch next week. Fuh! lega! Setelah menunggu berbulan2 untuk beli, akhirnya aku berjaya.

Imi and Lily came over nak makan buah. Tadi Potek and Niza (Potek's wife) joined sama.  Alhamdulillah durian still ada lagi yang boleh makan. Punya la banyak durian yang telah selamat aku tempoyakkan. Sorry la En. Durian, anda2 semua telah saya tempoyakkan. Aku suka tempoyak buat sendiri sebab tak masam. Selalunya, bila buat tempoyak, aku akan simpan dalam freezer lepas dah add sugar and salt. Aku tak biarkan dia jadi masam kat luar. Bila nak makan, defrost sikit, pastu balance aku simpan lagi dalam freezer. Setahun pun tak masam tempoyak aku. Since aku buat tempoyak banyak, aku bagi Niza and Imi. Lily tak suka tempoyak.

After dia orang semua dah balik, baru aku pegi to Jusco AU2 to get my BR. Masa aku pegi BR kat AU2 tu, punya la ramainya orang yang beratur. Tengok the number that I got, which was 280, rasa nak pengsan kejap. Luckily it wasnt a long wait. I chose Jamoca, Pralin and erm.. tak tau apa flavour yang lagi satu. But it was heaven!! I bought 1 quart. Mula2 rasa tamak, nak beli 3 pint. Pastu bila pikir2 balik, rasa cam membazir je. Aku ni bukannya suka sangat pun makan ice cream, lagi2 ice cream yang creamy mcm tu. Terus tak jadi! Beli 1 quart dah cukup.

Yesterday I went to the kids' school at 2pm to send Iman's off for her camping trip. First time Iman pegi camping. Rasa berat je hati nak bagi consent for her to join the camping trip. She was so happy yesterday. Ye la, agaknya seronok dapat pegi camping for the 1st time.
