Lepas ni kan, aku memang takleh masak during weekdays sebab ianya hanya akan menyeksa batin aku. If aku terpedaya dan tergoda, maka, hancus la diet aku. Dah ler this week we're gonna start on a new protein. Hubby bought Horley's Ripped. It's so expensive here, so I better not screw my exercising and dieting regime. It's not easy to lose 10kg (I did) and to keep it off is harder.
Alamak!! I need to send the girls to school! I'm late!!
Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 10 slices day-old bread
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tbs ground cinnamon
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Break bread into small pieces into an 8 inch square baking pan. Drizzle melted butter over bread. If desired, sprinkle with raisins.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Pour over bread, and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up the egg mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly tapped.

ReplyDeletesebenarnya, I pun tak tahan sangat2 bila tengok the bread pudding. especially bila tengok shariff makan dengan lazatnya. tapi, i need to motivate myself to look at least as slim as u.
cuba k.min buat 3 minutes exercise. 3 minutes of running, 50 times jumping jack, 20 sit ups, 20 side sit ups on left and right, then 50 times jumping jack again, and end it with another 3 minutes run. takleh rest in between tau :D

I slalu buat elliptical/cross trainer hari2 which I love but last Friday, we decided to do once a week upper body/ core n weight exercise.
Sampai la ni, my arm is still sore!
Kalau I buat yr exercise, mau pengsan seminggu, hehehhe

ReplyDeleteThe 1st one week, memang rasa mcm nak pengsan, tapi bila masuk 3rd week, it will get better. resistance training memang menyakitkan badan. When I started this exercise, rasa takmau bangun 2 minggu.
But with protein and glutamine, alhamdulillah, my body recovers quite fast. selalunya lepas buat weight training, memang takleh jalan. sebab tu we all tak pegi mana2. alhamdulillah dah masuk 2nd month ni, ok la sikit. :)

ReplyDeleteone thing i realised when I'm on this diet program, kaki dah tak bengkak. kalau tak, kaki memang sentiasa bengkak air. kalau agak2 nak main congkak, tak jumpa cari papan congkak tu, boleh la main menggunakan kaki i. hahaha..
itu yang i jadi bersemangat waja bila exercise. this time hot2 chicken shit dah takde dalam buku :D

ReplyDeleteI nak kurangkan berat badan sbb I nak buang a lot of the lemak in my body ni. Pastu, I nak ganti dgn muscle by toning my body up. And since muscle kan weigh more than lemak so my weight will go up when I start toning. Tu yg kena turun kan dulu before boleh naik balik, hahahaha.
I nak lah nanti my body mcm a pert 20 y.o esp part buttock n tummy.
Tang boobs tu tak boleh nak help lah. They are as flat as a pancake unless I buat boob job, muahahhahaha.....

ReplyDeleteSebenarnya kan, I think (ni nak sedapkan diri sendiri), as we grow older, kita kena ada sedikit lemak so that kita nampak gebu gitu. pastu kulit pun tak la nampak wrinkle sangat. hahaha.. that's my theory la.
bab boobs tu kan, memang kena buat boobs job la. my boobs have decided that they prefer to stay south than going up north. *sigh*..
