I baked these before balik Terengganu. Patutnya sekarang aku dah on the way back to KL, but Iffah is down with acute stomach ache due to food poisoning. Maka, terpaksa la postponed trip balik to KL esok. Aku dah rindu teramat sangat kat bantal busuk aku.. huhuhu.. And I really miss main masak2 kat dapur aku.
Mok bought few kilos of sotong and udang. Aku rasa for the month of June, I'll go on seafood diet too, sama macam bulan May. Kalau tak, sape ler nak menghabiskan ikan2 yang banyak dalam freezer tu. I think I dont have to buy any makanan basah sampai August. Ishk! melampau sungguh aku ni bab stock barang. Selalu la suka stock barang banyak2. Pastu kalau freezer rosak, memang beratus ringgit jugak la rugi duit. Hopefully freezer aku tak buat perangai.
What have I been doing for the past few days? Actually, nothing much. Masa kat rumah mok aku kat Jabi, I had to cook coz mok wasnt feeling very well. Seharian dia tak bangun sebab pening kepala. Aku rasa darah rendah. Iman became her tukang urut. Alhamdulillah, Iman sekarang sangat2 helpful. Now, I'm at my MIL's place in KT. I had to cook too sebab taknak susahkan my MIL. Esok nak masak elaborate sikit, kerutup itik and ayam masak ros. Hopefully I have the time to take photos.

I gave iffah makan pil chikit. luckily my sister in law ada simpan berkotak2 pil tu kat rumah. But it took at least 24 hours jugak la for her to recover. tak ingat langsung pasal air kelapa muda. I cuma bagi dia minum air 7-up. Dunno why, but it works :D
ps : sebenarnya, i dah kindda berjanji pada diri sendiri nak bake less. tapikan, tangan ni dah terketik2 nak bake something

ReplyDeleteI baked scone tu lepas balik from rumah k.yani kitchen guardian. dia cakap senang giler nak buat scone. as a result, i burnt my arm sikit.. huwaaaaaaa... sedih sungguh. hubby loves scone yg i buat but i still prefer the ones yg i beli kat smoke house cameron highland.
alhamdulillah Iffah dah sihat and I dah safely arrived at home. yang paling best, i get to be online!! wohooo!! setelah beberapa hari takleh nak online.
ps : yes, I kept that much stock in my freezer. banyakkan?? huhuhuhu..
