Roti Isi Abon

When I saw the buns at Citra's blog, I fell in love with it. Dah berangan nak buat, tapi tak terbuat2 jugak. Too busy baking cakes. Today, pagi2 lagi aku dah ke dapur menguli roti. Terima kasih Citra for sharing the beautiful Roti Isi Abon recipe. It's so delicious! I made it into small oval shaped buns, so, instead of 7 biji roti, I got 14 biji roti. Almost all gone by now. Sedap bangat! :D

Sadly, tak secantik roti di blog Citra.

Bakul that I used in here was a gift from my brother Nazri's Japanese foster family. Punya la lama dah bakul tu.

To those yang nak cuba Citra's recipe, you can go here. Thank you Citra. I love your recipes, simple to make yet delicious!

  2. Mak Qis,

Memang sedap! worth menguli. Kena makan masa tengah panas. Paling best, time mendung, pastu minum dengan kopi. peh! memang tak tengok kiri kanan la.

Tak guna beef floss, beli chicken floss kat Bagus. The girls kurang suka beef. Selamat mencuba kak! :D

  4. Rina,

thank you! hehe.. dah buat ke belum roti tu? the roti is best eaten hot from the oven. kalau dah sejuk, a bit keras. i think maybe u boleh change the recipe a bit. floss +mayo and milk tu memang best!

  5. hai Shidah.. sory tak sometime to notice this post. Syukur kalau suka this recipe.. a bit hard after some times out from oven because I didn't use bread improver in that recipe. If you can access bread improver there U can add half tsp in the recipe.. it can make your bread soft a bit longer. :)

  6. citra,

lol.. it's ok! i love this roti abon recipe. yes, it needs bread improver but i love it the way it is. it's best eaten while it's warm. :)
