This is my favourite dish. Sedap, simple and very healthy. My brother yg no. 6, came to KL sebab nak hantar wife dia pegi KPLI. After more than 6 years duduk Terengganu, tak balik KL langsung, finally my brother tu datang jugak KL. Dia pun macam aku jugak, migraine teruk. So takleh drive jauh2, takleh tahan panas matahari. Putera lilin.. hehe

Ingredients
1kg lamb shoulder - grill, pastu sliced thinly
soba - rebus, tos
Ni semua kena slice thinly
2 biji sango pear
2 biji buah lai yg besar
3 biji tomato
2 biji bwg besar
1 biji red capsicum
1 biji green capsicum
1 tin pineapple
sauce
1 biji lemon
15 biji limau kasturi
2 tbs fish sauce
2 tbs sugar
15 biji bwg putih - crushed
10-15 biji cili padi - potong nipis2.
lemon and limau kasturi tu perah air, campur dgn bahan sauce yg lain. Bila nak makan, mula2, letak miso, lamb, semua buah and sayur, then siram dgn sauce, pastu roll mcm spring roll. SEDAP!!
